So, let’s check in to the state of the Commonwealth case against Karen Read Trial 2.0 - prior to the inevitable combative car crash that will be Jen McCabe’s cross by Alan Jackson. While figuratively a car crash, it will do the actual expected damage to her witness reliability that one would expect to see from a body struck by a vehicle hit traveling at 24 MPH. Which is much more than Karen Read’s vehicle ever did to JOK - which is literally zero. #FreeKarenRead 1st Witness: Nuttall - Perjured on the stand. Memory gets better over the years, except the previous three weeks, but also not as great as from a few hours ago. 2nd Witness: Kerry Roberts - Admitted to perjury in previous Grand Jury testimony; also added new information that was previously never testified to. Jen McCabe is going to have more questions to answer. 3rd Witness: Peg O’Keefe - Not great with memories of JOK, Paul, or her grandchildren. Doesn’t like Karen Read. 4th Witness: Nick Guarino - MSP Forensic Analyst that is only being used to read text messages. After testimony in Trial 1.0 - Commonwealth decided to outsource technical experts to avoid future “Kill Me” hot mics. 5th Witness: Daniel Whitley - Added new testimony - significant memory issues; seems to run rampant within Canton Fire. Kerry Roberts stan. 6th Witness: Jean Demullis - Still manages CF McCarthy. 7th Witness: Brigid Meehan - Still owns Waterfall Bar. 8th Witness: Mike Camerano - Still loves and misses his good friend JOK dearly. Seemed to think KR didn’t like him and might be slightly jealous. 9th Witness: Ian Whiffin - Openly stated there is reasonable doubt with his “expert opinion” and interpretation of the cell phone data. Does not know conversion from Centigrade to Fahrenheit. Acknowledged JOK could have gone inside 34 Fairview. 10th Witness: Jen McCabe - still on direct, already providing conflicting testimony to previous FOUR evolving testimonies. Watching Brother Counsel interview Mr. Yannetti and Mr. Alessi - I thought this was a fascinating question/analysis of the Defense’ strategy for Trial 2. As a laymen (haven’t even graduated from Twitter Law School yet) it highlighted the gamesmanship that goes into not only trial preparation but opening statements, and well into the trial. We constantly observed the Defense have to pivot or react in real time depending on rulings or witness statements. Obviously - we have heard zero from the Commonwealth regarding their thoughts on the trial other than Brennan’s comments; I’d refer you to the “Bederow Clips” for clarity. What BC opined, is that Alan Jackson purposely mentioned 2:27 and the Google search as a red herring for Brennan in his opening statement. Perhaps leading Brennan to believe that the trial was going to be a repeat of Trial 1 and the focus would be on the McAlberts and not reasonable doubt? Which, if you haven’t noticed - the freshman (AKR) class of Twitter Law School have been up in arms about lately; somehow qualifying the lack of Defense strategy engagement on the 2:27 Google search, the butt dials, etc. as somehow proving that all of that was debunked. Anyways - just proved again that the Defense Team was playing Chess and Brennan was playing Badminton.

This is quite the fitting receipt for today. The smelly man in the attic, once upon a time - did a 2 minute rant on how qualified and vetted the now, former MSP, disgraced Michael Proctor was. Plevin has spent the entirety of his AKR “career” touting his intelligence, character, logic and reasoning. Ironically, he’s referenced and foot stomped his “credibility” while attacking those he judges from his elevated wicker attic. I don’t really have to say anything - I’ll let this boinking goober speak for himself.

It’s important - to call a spade a spade. Mama Llama Kerry Llama has routinely gotten X numbers comparable to … me 😂. While she’s not near as funny or humorous- she’s blatantly paying to boost the Masshole Mafia “video” about KR grifting. 225K X views; is not the same as a video view, first of all. The video on KP’s actual channel has done the standard, dismal 5K views. Another, blatant and transparent, and easily addressed baloney attempt to continue an AKR disinformation campaign. The idiocy is astounding. But not shocking. So, if it first glance you thought they “had something” - it’s okay, they don’t. Just look at the screen shot vid I took of Mabala Lombata’s “highlight” tweets and the view count. 🤔 AKR talks about FKR “wasting money” by donating to KR legal fund; meanwhile these dopes have to pay to boost X tweets to try to gain traction.
