Once you intro wrestling into mix w/striking, game changes. Your cardio is pushed. If you never trained this, you'll be exhausted. Once exhausted, you're done One way to train this solo is intro standing & prone movements. Do bunch of Burpees then shadow box or heavy bag. Repeat
