Remember his iconic statement by Sen. Alan Peter Cayetano from the CJ Corona impeachment trial? “If your client cannot explain, I cannot abstain. If you did not disclose, we have to depose. If you are not fit, you should not sit as the CJ of our Supreme Court.” Cayetano meant that if Chief Justice Renato Corona couldn't explain or disclose these hidden financial assets, the Senate was legally and morally obligated to remove ("depose") him as he was unfit to hold office as Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. Back then, Cayetano was all about absolute financial transparency. He famously pushed to scrutinize Corona's bank records. Fast forward to the impeachment trial of VP Sara Duterte. The prosecution is calling on those exact same thing: to subpoena her financial records. Interestingly, Cayetano recently admitted, “I can tell you honestly right now, I don't know what to vote for...". Ah, really? Why don’t you watch this clip? Let’s see how he will vote in regards to the issuance of a subpoena for these financial records. Will he stick to his old battle cry, or nag-iba ang ihip ng hangin? Is it a yea or a nay?

This is one of our flood control projects in Iloilo: a life-saving infrastructure that now protects thousands of Ilonggo residents from floods like those caused by Typhoon Frank in 2008. This was built with the help of JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency) and constructed by Hanjin Heavy Industries of South Korea and China International Water & Electric Corporation. The project includes widened river channels, better drainage, and new bridges built to withstand typhoons. It stands today as proof that smart planning and international cooperation can protect lives and secure a city’s future. #PadayonIloilo #IloiloFloodControlProject Video credit: Charles Chuck on Facebook

Sara Duterte’s counsel, Atty. Sison, actively tries to fool the viewers by treating a constitutional trial like a reality TV popularity contest. She kept mentioning the 32 million votes the useless VP got in 2022 and even compared it to PBBM’s. This is a classic, desperate “argumentum ad populum” fallacy. Sison deeply insults the public's intelligence by gaslighting us into believing the impeachment process will negate the election. Sison wants the people to believe 32 million votes means absolute immunity for the useless VP. Girl, ang baba naman ng tingin mo sa mga Pilipino. With your logic, you're making Filipinos look dumb and you’re giving the DDS arguments that make them stupid beyond repair. Kay ang tatanga ng reasoning ng mga DDS, it’s because of people like you!

THE RECEIPTS DON'T LIE VP Sara Duterte’s defense team is begging to block all her financial records before 2022. But House Prosecutor Terry Ridon shut that down real quick. The prosecution is auditing her lifestyle all the way back to 2007! Why? Because, according to Ridon, you don’t just wake up a multi-millionaire overnight. Wealth takes time to accumulate (or hide). If you’re hiding a stash of 30 undeclared firearms, what else isn't in your SALN? 🤫 The evidence-marking is moving fast, and while the Senate Impeachment Court decides when to unlock the rest of the secrets, the prosecution is ready for July 6.

“HOLD YOUR HORSES!” Seriously cracked me up. The moment counsel for prosecution, Atty Ligutan, introduced NBI Cybercrime Senior Agent John Mark Calilung to authenticate the digital recordings, Atty Narvasa of the defense immediately panicked. He jumped up with a "continuing objection," and tried to derail the momentum by snidely asking if Ligutan was delivering a "speech or an offer of testimony." Ligutan didn't even flinch. He hit back with a calm but cutting "Please hold your horses," before systematically outlining exactly how the NBI conducted open-source investigations to secure the raw, unedited footage of Sara's assassination threats. Translation: Sit down, shut up, and let the me speak. 😂 Narvasa tried to bark, but Ligutan reminded him that in an impeachment court, actual forensics will always outclass a panicked interruption. 😀

The math is literally mathing here! 😂 Palawan Rep. Pepito Alvarez just exposed Mike Defensor’s cheap retaliation tactics. Cong. Pepito revealed he received a text message from Defensor’s camp aggressively recruiting him to endorse an impeachment complaint against President Bongbong Marcos. But when he flat out rejected it with a simple “No, sorry,” guess what happened next? BOOM! He suddenly found himself named in that shady "maleta of cash" list by the 18 ex-Marines. It’s so obvious! If you don't join their desperate ouster plot, they will instantly fabricate a smear campaign against you. Total gasgas script by Mike Defensor!

In 2001, the impeachment court made a fatal mistake: they voted *not to open the "second envelope"* containing former President Joseph Estrada’s secret bank records. The public immediately lost faith in the impeachment trial. People took to the streets, and Erap’s presidency fell. Today, if the impeachment court denies the subpoena for Vice President Sara Duterte’s financial records, that would be similar to not opening the second envelope in 2001. Do we demand transparency, or do we allow technicalities to hide the truth? Suppressing these bank and tax records will turn this impeachment trial into a sham. The impeachment court MUST issue the subpoena. We cannot let history repeat itself. ——- Video: throwback video from 2001.

During a press briefing earlier today, a reporter tried to corner Rep. Sandro Marcos with unverified rumors about General Santos City supposedly getting a "zero budget" and "zero MOOE" allocation. Sandro wasn't having any of it and immediately shut it down as impossible hearsay, calling it mere *kwento-kwento*. Instead of just letting the question slide, Sandro turned the tables and pressed the reporter on whether she had actually done her homework and verified the claim before bringing it up. When she tried to deflect by saying she was just repeating what others said, he firmly cut through the noise and demanded a straight answer: “Did you verify it? Yes or no?" Once she admitted she hadn't, Sandro gave a quick masterclass in media ethics and reminded her that, as a journalist, it's her responsibility to fact-check information before throwing it into an interview. He wrapped it up by reiterating that a zero-budget scenario for the city was completely baseless, and asked rhetorically who would even be foolish enough to try something like that. See, that’s how you supalpal a maritess with class. 😂

🔸Day 3 — The Credentials Trap That Completely Backfired The defense panel tried to minimize NBI Cybercrime Agent John Mark Calilung as an amateur with a mere "two-week training course." However, during clarifying questions, the defense's narrative was completely dismantled. Big thanks to Senator-Judge Kiko Pangilinan for his sharp line of questioning, which allowed the public to see the witness's true credentials. Agent Calilung revealed he isn't just an investigator — he is a registered Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with multiple degrees. Far from being underqualified, he is an internationally certified Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator trained in advanced mobile and video forensics. His pedigree includes a grueling 480-hour cybersecurity course, training at the NBI Academy, and elite international programs in Strasbourg, France and with Interpol. The defense tried to discredit Mr Calilung, but Senator Pangilinan’s questioning proved the prosecution brought an internationally trained forensic heavy-hitter. ⚖️💥

So, it turns out, my theory was right: the Senate drama was all to protect Sara Duterte! The receipts in this interview with Senator Bato dela Rosa completely expose the real plot behind the entire Senate circus. 1. Did you hear him? He literally admitted on camera that one of his main reasons for "resurfacing" from his six-month hiding streak was because he knew an impeachment trial was coming. 2. He explicitly stated that they needed him to be the crucial "13th vote" to pull off a change of Senate leadership (the coup orchestrated by Senator Alan Peter Cayetano). Why? Because the Senate leadership controls the rules, the timing, and the schedule of when the chamber convenes. 3. This entire staged drama and leadership shakeup wasn't about saving Bato from the ICC. It was a highly coordinated, desperate stunt to install a cooperative Senate leadership that can stall, delay, and completely disrupt convening as an impeachment court for VP Sara Duterte! While the public was distracted by the chaos and the shootout inside the chamber, the real game was always about protecting the Vice President from her accountability era. They used Bato as a pawn to secure the 13th vote, changed the leadership, and are now using the drama to buy Sara time. They are NOT lawmakers anymore; they’re a full-blown defense team disguised as a Senate majority! 🙄

🔸Day 3 - “Mr. Calilung, are you a lawyer?” Defense Counsel Atty. CJ Narvasa dropped a classic elitist line on the witness stand by asking if NBI Cybercrime Senior Agent John Mark Calilung is a lawyer. Why did he ask this? Agent Calilung wasn’t there to debate constitutional theory; he’s a forensic investigator. His job is to extract, verify, and secure the digital hash values of that infamous November 2024 video of Sara Duterte throwing tantrums on national TV. Notice that the defense did not claim the video is fake? Because you can’t dispute a three-hour broadcast where the vice president completely lost her mind and explicitly threatened the president for all the world to see.

🔸Day 3 —Sen-Judge Erwin Tulfo’s Line of Questioning Exposed the Defense’s Paperwork Illusion The defense spent hours trying to convince the public that the case against Vice President Sara Duterte was illegitimate simply because President Marcos Jr, the First Lady, and the former Speaker didn’t personally submit their affidavits. But Senator-Judge Erwin Tulfo took the microphone and completely pulverized that narrative. Tulfo forced the defense to face a basic legal reality: The NBI has an automatic mandate to investigate and file charges “motu proprio” whenever the top leaders of the land get threatened. As NBI Agent Calilung flatly confirmed to Tulfo, the NBI moves forward with or without a signed civilian complaint. Like what I wrote in my post before this, national security is NOT a private barangay dispute. The NBI doesn't need a permission slip from Malacañang to uphold the law. OMG! Don’t tell me Atty CJ Narvasa didn’t know that!

Mr Abe Andres, the sheriff Sara Duterte punched multiple times years ago, is one of the witnesses in her impeachment trial. Punching a court sheriff on live TV proved years ago that Sara Duterte is a violent human being who thrives on toxicity… and her followers eat it up. Or baka pasikat si ate girl kasi maraming cameras? They call this “matapang” but this is straight up thuggery. She is completely unfit for public office! Watch this video during her pre-CIF days and listen to her reason why she punched Mr Andres. Nakakabobo ang reasoning pucha.

F4 just concluded their concert in PH. Here’s an anecdote: When I was in Taichung, I asked a music store clerk for the Meteor Garden OST and got a total blank stare. Even when I dropped the F4 band, Jerry Yan, Vic Zhou, Vaness Wu, Ken Chu, etc., he had absolutely no clue. I even pulled up photos from Google. Still nada! It makes me wonder: do Gen Z Taiwanese even know how massive Meteor Garden and F4 were across Asia, or was it just a massive obsession in the Philippines? Either way, this clip brings back all my Meteor Garden binge-watching memories. I’ve rewatched it four times over the years. Vic Zhou and Jerry Yan are my favorites.

Listening to Atty. Sison's opening argument is like listening to a low-tier DDS vlogger whose entire existence on YouTube is just a waste of data, server space, and oxygen. Except she's wearing a corporate suit and speaking at a senate podium; while the low-tier DDS vloggers are just dugyot and chaka ad infinitum. 😂 Atty. Sison, let’s look at the 32M math you’re hallucinating over: half of those who voted for the useless VP in 2022 were actually solid PBBM supporters who now ABSOLUTELY ABHOR YOUR CLIENT AND WANT HER THROWN OUT OF OFFICE! So, your data is an absolute joke! To stubbornly latch onto Sara Duterte’s dead 2022 vote count now that we are already into 2026 speaks volumes about how utterly flawed your logic is. You’re essentially parroting the dimwitted arguments of the DDS echo chamber on social media na matagal nang tinatawanan at kayo-kayo lang naman ang naniniwala. In case you were living under a rock, let me remind you that public opinion shifts, political marriages shatter, and constitutional accountability doesn't freeze in time just to protect your client's feelings. In fact, some of us are ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED that we voted for your client. So, don’t count us in that 32 million data, ok? Dragging an expired 2022 alliance into a 2026 impeachment trial shows you didn’t really devour Cong. Luistro two weeks ago or so. Sobrang pathetic ng arguments mo, Atty. You’re basically insulting the thinking class of this nation! ###
