Erling Haaland by your side and you chose to feed your ego! Shame on you Sorloth. Or just take the fucking shot. Literally do anything other than that. The hesitation is what really kills it here, we've all had those moments of hesitation where the opportunity slipped from our fingers Dude should've decided to shoot or pass, but clearly he was in his own head and just waited like 2 seconds too long. He’s done this a couple of times at Atletico. He might have scored a good number of goals, but he’s failed a few opportunities similar to this.

Among the most heartbreaking exhibits at Auschwitz are the children’s shoes. Each pair belonged to a child with a name, a family, dreams, and a future. Seeing them together is a reminder that behind every number was a human life.

On January 7, 1943, Nikola Tesla died alone in Room 3327 of the Hotel New Yorker. He was 86 years old. A maid found him two days later after he had left a “do not disturb” sign on his door. The official cause was coronary thrombosis. But the deeper truth was quieter — years of isolation, poverty, and a world that had moved on without the man who helped power it. This was the inventor of alternating current, the system that still runs through our homes today. He pioneered wireless transmission, radio technology, and electric motors. He held hundreds of patents and imagined ideas — like wireless communication and renewable energy — long before they became reality. Yet by the end of his life, he was nearly penniless. In his final years, Tesla lived simply. He survived mostly on milk, bread, honey, and vegetable juice. Every day he walked to nearby parks to feed pigeons, especially one white pigeon he loved deeply. He once said he loved her as a man loves a woman. When she died, something in him seemed to fade too. There was a time when Tesla dazzled New York society, lighting bulbs with his bare hands and creating artificial lightning in his laboratory. Investors once backed him. Crowds once admired him. But as his ideas grew more ambitious — especially his dream of free wireless energy for the world — funding disappeared. He became known more as an eccentric than a genius. And yet, when he died, the world paused. Thousands attended his funeral. Leaders and scientists sent tributes. Years later, the Supreme Court recognized his priority in radio patents. History slowly corrected itself. The world he electrified had not truly forgotten him — it had simply taken time to understand him. Today, his name lives on in science, technology, and even in companies that shape the modern age. Tesla died alone in a hotel room, feeding pigeons while the current he created hummed through cities. He did not die forgotten. He died having changed the world — and that legacy still shines. It makes you wonder how many visionaries we ignore while they’re still alive. How many brilliant minds are dismissed as “too different” or “too ahead of their time” until it’s too late? What do you think — does the world truly value its geniuses, or only recognize them after they’re gone?

More details on Ismail Haniyeh assassination have emerged. Along with other body parts, his equipment to deal with 72 virgins was also blown off. And the bomb killing him was detonated by a woman., who left Iran the morning after in a burqa. Being killed by a woman disqualifies him for 72 virgins.

Two days after Henry died Hampshire Police secretly recorded Digwa in a police van speaking Punjabi to his brother. Digwa admitted stabbing Henry. Discussed claiming self defence. Made zero mention of racial abuse. Not one word. Hampshire Police had that tape. They knew Digwa was lying about the racist attack. They had the evidence. They had his own words and then tried to smear Henry as the aggressor anyway. Three days after his death their statement read “it was reported two men had been assaulted by an unknown man.” Henry was the unknown man. The boy bleeding out on the street. They flipped it. Family complained. Statement changed. Then police told the family their NEXT update would again infer Henry was the initial aggressor. His family had to fight them a second time. While grieving their murdered son. Then during the trial Hampshire tried to issue a statement telling the public to stop talking about it online. Calling it disinformation. The CPS had to step in. Told them they were about to collapse their own murder case. This is the force that handcuffed a dying boy. Missed the murder weapon twice. Had a secret tape proving the killer lied. And still tried to bury Henry's name. That's not incompetence. That's a machine protecting itself. At the expense of a dead boy's reputation and three officers are still on active duty. Not suspended. Treated as witnesses. To their own actions. Hampshire Police didn't just fail Henry on that street. They kept failing him for six months after he died. - BanksyCat
