See Im NOT about to condone none of this. The gatekeeping aint good enough for me. Our hair is sacred and to see this is very disturbing. So we just say fuck the Sistas that have made this their craft? Who have made a living off of making us feel beautiful after we leave their shop/ house? Who were our therapy session? Who we built connections/bonds with? Who told us how to properly CARE for our hair? Why are we taking from our Sistas? More money going back into the pockets of the same ppl who degraded our hair and weaponized it against us. And to pay $600 for these below average braids is the worst part.
