Dear Patrick Muyaya, all of these Banyamulenge and Tutsi individuals from North Kivu who appear in the pictures with yourself and Felix Tshisekedi - UDPS have immigration files with the United #States. I am confident they did not flee because of #Rwanda stigmatization; they sought asylum by claiming persecution by the #DRC. The persecution of the Tutsi Banyamulenge that they now deny continues to this day. Remember that under U.S. law, providing false information to immigration authorities is a serious offence that can lead to imprisonment and deportation. I urge the United States to thoroughly review their immigration records and draw independent conclusions based on verified facts about Tutsi -Banyamulenge persecution in the DRC. Patrick Muyaya if Banyamulenge refugees in Rwanda were deported, what about the thousands of Banyamulenge refugees living in Burundi, Uganda, Kenya, and Western countries? Were they all deported as well? These facts clearly contradict your claims. Public funds and the nation’s mineral resources should not be used to mislead the international community or manipulate victims. I think, H.E Yoweri K Museveni responded wisely to H.E. #Ndayishimiye’s long speech—apparently written by Thérèse Kayikwamba Wagner. H.E. Museveni attempted to lecture H.E #Ndayishimiye on the root causes of the conflict in eastern #DRC, including Burundi’s own history. He seemed to be advising both #Ndayishimiye and Felix Tshisekedi - UDPS not to rely on foreign powers and mercenary manipulation, but rather to listen to their own people and close neighbours.

Listen to this blatant contradiction between #father and #son, both speaking on national media in Kinshasa: 1.The son talks about a deportation meeting in Butare on 23/12/1996 concerning the deportation of the Banyamulenge to Rwanda. 2.The father clearly refers to a DRC Parliament resolution, dated 28/4/1995, on the deportation of the Banyamulenge to Rwanda. #Ganza, stop deliberately misleading people. Dear Delphin R. Ntanyoma You accused me of avoiding some of your questions, but I did not. 1. You claimed that this is the first time in 30 years that His Excellency Paul Kagame has spoken about the Banyamulenge. That is false. The evidence below proves otherwise, and I can provide more examples if needed. 2. Regarding Red Tabara in the DRC, my position is clear: I believe Kinshasa has used Red Tabara alongside Mai-Mai groups in the Hauts Plateaux against the Banyamulenge. If I am wrong, please provide just one official statement in which Felix Tshisekedi - UDPS government condemned Red Tabara’s presence in the Hauts Plateaux. My answer is clear: I believe Kinshasa did not do so because Red Tabara was serving an objective that Kinshasa pursued against the Banyamulenge in the Hauts Plateaux of Minembwe. The situation becomes clearer when compared with Kinshasa’s actions against M23, which claims to be protecting Tutsi communities. If Red Tabara’s mission was also to protect the Tutsi Banyamulenge, Kinshasa would not have remained silent about its presence and activities against the Banyamulenge 3. My position is based on this claim: In December 2023, during a meeting organized by Justin Bitakwira , leaders of the Wazalendo coalition—including Chef Kitongo, Mulumba (FDLR), Yakutumba, Ngomanzito under the FARDC, and others—discussed Red Tabara’s presence in the Hauts Plateaux. During the meeting, Yakutumba reportedly quoted Ngomanzito, as shown in the video below, saying: “I am Red Tabara, and Red Tabara is me.” If Kinshasa exercises authority over armed groups operating under the Wazalendo coalition and FDLR in the Hauts Plateaux, including Ngomanzito, and if these groups are directly involved in fighting the Banyamulenge, then who else should be held responsible for Red Tabara’s activities there, if not Kinshasa?

Suspendre le général Sylvain Ekenge et supprimer les contenus incitant à la haine contre les Tutsis sur la chaîne YouTube de la RTNC ne suffisent pas. Il est impératif d’engager également des poursuites judiciaires. Il faut comprendre qu’il n’agit pas seul : il existe un système idéologique structuré, au sein du gouvernement Felix Tshisekedi - UDPS ainsi que dans les médias publics et privés financés par Kinshasa, qui alimente et normalise ces discours. Dear Patrick Muyaya this is absolutely ridiculous: a minister who does not even know the geography of his own country. To reach Minembwe, there is only one road. If you leave Rwanda, you must pass through Kamanyola, Sange, Uvira, Baraka, Fizi, Lusuku, and then reach Minembwe. All these areas are controlled by the FARDC, the FDNB, the FDLR, and the Wazalendo. According to #Kongolo, an adviser to Felix Tshisekedi - UDPS in Kinshasa, he stated that he personally contributed up to 80% of the strategies targeting Banyamulenge villages in the High Plateaus, including at Point Zéro, notably through the purchase of drones intended to destroy the High Plateaus, including all communities associated with Twirwaneho (referred to as “Wajinga,” meaning “idiots”). We thank Ambassador MartinNgoga for speaking out on the plight of the Tutsi/Banyamulenge. If more ambassadors showed such courage, perhaps the UN António Guterres would finally pay attention. The #UN’s selective silence and biased reporting must end. Despite hundreds of letters from the Tutsi/Banyamulenge community warning of genocide, the UN has ignored them—yet it convenes meetings in support of Kinshasa Felix Tshisekedi - UDPS effectively encouraging policies of extermination of Tutsi. The facts are clear and well documented: •450+ villages Tutsi-Banyamulenge destroyed •500,000 cattle looted (our main livelihood) •80% of our people forced into exile •700+ Tutsis imprisoned without trial in Kinshasa •Survivors in South Kivu confined in camp-like conditions, denied food, markets, and livelihood Targeted assassinations continue with impunity: •Major Joseph Kaminzobe — lynched and burned, December 2021 •Lt. Patrick Gisore Kabongo — stoned, burned alive, and mutilated, November 2023 How many more lives must be lost before the UN Human Rights acknowledges this genocide? Silence is complicity.
