Travel just got more convenient with E-Pantry service by IRCTC, allowing passengers of Mail/Express trains to pre-order meals directly while booking their train tickets. The service is presently available in 25 Mail/Express Trains. Designed to enhance the onboard dining experience, the E-Pantry service integrates food ordering in Mail/Express train with your ticket reservation, enabling passengers to browse menu and select their preferred meals in advance. How to Use IRCTC E-Pantry: 1. Select the “Book Food” option on the booking confirmation page. 2. Browse the menu and choose your preferred meals. 3. Review the order details and complete the transaction with cashless payment. 4. Share your Mail Verification Code (MVC) with the pantry staff to receive your meal delivery onboard. With this service, passengers can avoid the last-minute rush for food in the Mail/Express train shown in the video and instead enjoy fresh and delicious meals delivered directly to their seats. Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Circuit Special Bharat Gaurav Tourist Train was flagged off on 09/06/2025 by Hon'ble Chief Minister of Maharashtra Shri Devendra Fadnavis Ji Devendra Fadnavis at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Railway Station in the august presence of Shri Rahul Narwekar Ji, Rahul Narwekar Speaker, Maharashtra Assembly and Adv. Ashish Shelar Ji, Adv. Ashish Shelar - ॲड. आशिष शेलार Cabinet Minister of IT & Cultural Affairs Govt of Maharashtra amongst important dignitaries of Indian Railways and Government of Maharashtra. The special tourist train is a collaborative initiative by IRCTC, under the aegis of the Ministry of Railways, Government of India, in partnership with the Government of Maharashtra. The Bharat Gaurav Train will operate on a 5-day journey, covering prominent sites associated with the life and legacy of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.
