This is utterly brutal and outrageous. There is no excuse for Dutch police violently assaulting a pregnant woman simply because she wanted to stay with her detained PALESTINIAN husband. The Dutch authorities must ensure full accountability for this blatant human rights violation. Such incidents indicate systemic bias & discrimination within their law enforcement.

Calm down, Mr. prime minister Edi Rama. It was YOU, sir, who started this. So...you should 'face the music'! It would be wiser to show some respect for the intelligence and judgment of your own people, as a nation of rich culture and proud history. They are perceptive enough to distinguish truth from falsehood. If you choose to sell your national sovereignty, that is your decision. You do not owe us an explanation. But when confronted by the outrage and criticism of your own public, please do not use others as a convenient scapegoat to evade accountability. Instead of writing a lengthy pamphlet filled with hackneyed baseless accusations against Iran, take a moment to listen to your own people who are chanting in the streets: "Jo korrupsionit!" "Duam drejtësi!" "Rama ik!"

This is a clear and damning admission of NATO’s active complicity in an unlawful war of aggression against a sovereign UN Member State — a flagrant violation of peremptory norms of international law and the core principles of the UN Charter. The Organization and its individual member States that participated in such decision - making must be held accountable for all the consequences. Italy and Romania are explicitly named by NATO's SG to have participated in the aggression against Iran. They, along with every other European country that has assisted the American-Israeli aggression against Iran, must explain to their own people and to the world why they chose to collude in this blatant act of aggression and in the commission of mass atrocities against Iranian peoples in #Minab, #Lamerd, Tehran, Isfahan, Sanandaj, Hamadan, Tabriz, Shiraz, Bandar_Abbas, etc...

In September 2024, the USDA quietly terminated its 30-year-old annual report on household food insecurity — effectively ending the official tracking and acknowledgment of hunger in America. So, after “solving” domestic hunger by simply stopping the reports, Washington now feels qualified to lecture the world about hunger elsewhere.

امروز سالروز میلاد حضرت معصومه(س) و «روز دختر» بود. این مناسبت را به همه دختران ایران که روشنایی فردای این سرزمیناند و با لبخند زلال و طراوت وجودشان، امید را در دلها میکارند و زندگی را معنا میبخشند، تبریک میگویم. در کنار این شادباش، نام دختران مدرسه «شجره طیبه» #میناب را با اندوهی عمیق و افتخاری جاودان زمزمه میکنیم؛ فرشتگان معصومی که مظلومانه از میان ما رفتند و آسمانی شدند. یاد و نام شما، با آن حضور کوتاه اما سرشار از برکت، بر دامان مام میهن تا همیشه خواهد ماند؛ نوری که خاموش نمیشود و روشنای راه دختران معصوم ایران و جهان خواهد شد.

بعضی صداها تنها ارتعاشی در حنجره نیستند که با واژهها معنا بیافرینند؛ چیزی فراتر از صدا هستند، جزئی از معماری حافظه جمعی ما میشوند و گویی پلی میان دو جهان میسازند؛ جهانِ حضور و جهانِ خاطره. صدا از جنس آن چیزهای نامیراست؛ بهویژه آنگاه که با اصالت، آگاهی و نجابت درآمیخته باشد. #بهروز_رضوی رفت، اما طنین صدایش در حافظه نسلها باقی خواهد ماند. رضوی همنشین و یار گرمابه وگلستان «حسین منزوی» بود. پس با شعری از این غزلسرای بزرگ معاصر از او یاد میکنم: تو از تمام دهانهای شهر میخوانی صدا يکی است اگر حنجره هزار و يکيست به وقت خواندن تو هر ستاره چشمی بود که در سماع ترا صوفيانه مینگريست روحش شاد و یادش جاودان.

To put it plainly: 'how much did it cost American taxpayers' for their Secretary of War to direct the deliberate slaughtering of innocent schoolers and their teachers at Shajareh Tayyebeh Elementary School in #Minab on 28 February?! Let’s be clear — this was not an “unfortunate situation.” It was a premeditated, heinous war crime. Those responsible must be held fully accountable and brought to justice.
