[…]](https://image.24vids.com/tw-2021361767394443765/amplify_video_thumb/2021361681591336960/img/aM957-Q6QaaONFtb.jpg)
Today I shared something raw. I tried to hold it together, but this panic attack, yes, on live TV, was out of my control. Years of bullying, rejection and pain as an LGBTQ+ kid still show up at 32. If you’re struggling with anxiety too, I’m sending you a massive wave of love ❤️

Imagine hearing your biggest idol say she’s not surprised to see you in the finale. That thought never even crossed my mind, not even in my wildest dreams. And that’s exactly how this whole experience has felt: a dream within a dream ✨ Please don’t wake me up. Trust the process and believe in yourself, - anything - is possible. Thank you RuPaul for changing my life. I love you forever ❤️🪣 #rupaulsdragrace #teamfontana #dragraceuk

It hasn’t been easy to speak about my condition. Watching myself get sick on the BBC was crazy, but the truth is I’ve been vomiting for years: on stages, in airports, in toilets around the world, in the most unexpected moments. I’ve always felt so ashamed. Today, I choose honesty over shame and that is power. If you live with anxiety or mental health struggles, please seek professional help. You are not alone. I’ve been receiving DM’s from all over the world of people who suffer from anxiety, your stories, our connection, it means everything ❤️ Speaking up brings light into this topic. It’s never too late to ask for help ❤️ Love you x Fonty

What a special night. This outfit was inspired by my anxious mind, a massive galaxy spinning above my head, like carrying my whole inner universe and turning it into something beautiful. I must say, I’ve never felt more beautiful in my life. This felt like a true full circle moment for me and it was absolutely magical 💫 #teamfontana #DragRaceUK
