I’ve been duped. Yes, you all were right, and I was wrong. I can admit to it. Until now, the jurors wanted us to believe that the lone holdout was unreasonable and didn’t follow the law. However, in this clip, we learn, that he did follow the law, and had logical reasoning behind his verdict choice. Juror Paula states that the lone holdout did have valid concerns, that most of us have, about the sequence of events Lindsay Clancy had to follow to kill her children.

We now know that Lindsay Clancy was NOT heard speaking coherently on the 911 call. Reddington questions Dr. Heilbrun on the events explained to him by Patrick Clancy upon finding his wife in the snow. He tells the Heilbrun that in the 911 call, Lindsay is NOT speaking, she is grunting, due to the nature of her injuries, including a crushed neck and thyroid.

3 weeks ago, ADA Jennifer Sprague had to remind Patrick Clancy, that he reported to the police immediately after the crime, that the exercise bands were like “when you tie your shoes but don’t do the bow.” However, today, on recross, she alluded to and tried to demonstrate that the bands were not tied at all, in order to prove a point that Dr. Laposata was wrong in her interpretation. This seems dishonest to almost ignore or change up a key witness’ testimony like this in front of a jury, but what do I know, I’m not a lawyer.

One of the best legal takes I’ve seen on Karmelo Anthony, and how his family and their representative, failed him. He goes on to say that Karmelo’s fam could have won people over by just praying with Jeff Metcalf and showing compassion, like he tried to show them, instead of the hideous way they treated him at that initial press conference. Respectfully DA Cruz, maybe if ADA Sprague had treated Patrick Clancy with respect and compassion, as a victim, instead of treating him with contempt, people would have had a better opinion of her. Idk why she chose to act that way with him. It was one of the reasons social media didn’t like her from day 1. Did she forget that Patrick is Cora, Callan and Dawson’s father, and the only living victim? And yes, I do stand up for Patrick. I think he carries immense guilt and pain everyday, and he deserves our empathy.

Kevin Reddington tells us that Nancy Grace has been “crashing his cases” for 15-20 years now, and doesn’t have the decency to even call him by his name, opting for “the defense attorney” instead. More recently she told her viewers that Clancy looked up ways to kill. She didn’t, and there’s proof from the ADA linked in the comments. Reddington- “We all know after this trial, that Lindsay never searched ‘ways to kill.’”

Strange line of questioning of Sue Clancy, Patrick Clancy’s mom, in the cross examination done by ADA Buckingham. After asking Sue if she took Dawson or Callan out to lunch, like she did Cora, she asks her if she knew Lindsay told her therapist that she didn’t want her “in laws to watch the kids.”
