Loved so much about this possession. Luka pushing the pace, but even more two guys from starting 5, know more for finishing than keeping the 'blender' going, Thybulle and Ziaire making two quick decisive plays.

"A source familiar with the injury told ESPN it was caused by a collision with Clippers guard Bogdan Bogdanovic" via Dave McMenamin Here is this moment from 1st quarter when Luka got hit in his calf and was hobbling for the rest of the half after that.

Cant believe they convinced Luka to cut backdoor vs top lock on these away actions 😂 After KCP grabs him on the first possession...Luka cuts on next one, and Vando with a great dime 👇

Jaylen Brown got called for 6 offensive push off fouls in the first round by my count. It will be interesting to see if the call it the same in SGA vs Smart matchups....

Luka and Austin are counting dunks...but I'm counting Luka charges. He added 2 more tonight vs his old team the Mavs. Dončić is now 2nd in the NBA in charges at 6, only one behind Podziemski with 7.

Wrote this about Adou Thiero...and how refreshing it was to see the Lakers have a player Lu Dort bounces off, rather than the other way around👇

Why hamstring injuries are tricky. Jalen Williams the latest player, re-aggravating his hamstring last night. J Dub injured his hamstring on Jan 17, then returned 3 weeks later vs Lakers on Feb 9. Then re-aggravated it in his second game back vs Suns.

I wrote about the battle for the backup guard spot between Bronny, Hardy and Chris Mañon in my column yesterday. Here’s a clip I shared of Mañon’s defensive playmaking and why that is the most NBA ready skill among all 3. He had his hands in at least 6 Warriors turnovers.

Two clips I had in game observations earlier today: loved how they addressed Adou's lack of shooting gravity with movement, using him in dunkers, as screen/roll guy, and of 45 cuts. Made some promising reads/passes 👀

In my column today I wrote about Austin's passing. I dont know if all the time spent playing golf together has something with it...but few passes and reads looking like they came straight out of the Dončić playbook👀

I know this clip will get most exposure, its how internet works and Luka deserved some of this with his rep. But this was the game shot making failed him and the Lakers not D. Imo he was the best Laker last night in terms of staying in front of Brown and Pritchard. Brown shot 2/9 vs shots defended by Luka, 8/19 vs rest. Boston shot 9 of 17, 37% vs Luka as closest defender. He had one other terrible break down on that Gonzales cut...but the effort on D overall imo was good.

Reminds me of this baseline lob connection... Ziaire not the vertical leaper DJJ was, but longer and as we see can catch them.

Most lob dunks this season: 1. Lakers 104 2. Spurs 82 3. Blazers. 75 Lakers had 8 last night against the Wizards, most of any team in one game this season. Lob city is in LA 2.0👇

Mavs-Celitcs Game 4 observations👇 Haven't done one of these in a while bc of the travelling and all things going on here in Dallas, but finally have a quiet day in the hotel and Mavs played great so why the hell not. Urgency, force and flying around on D was awesome to watch.
