Gay things I do for back recovery and core stability being that I have core stability issues when walking out over 565lbs I’m up to 275 now though Typically do 3 1 minute bouts Will work this up to 315 Note: hands never touch or help stabilize. Trunk has to absorb and stabilize I can’t go faster because well my back injury that we’ve been working around and through. You don’t need a healthy back to lift weights you pussies
