David Fry wore a “Jesus Won” shirt in the postgame presser today. Not one person on the internet reacted negatively. Because he didn’t do it on Pride Night with the obvious intent to protest LGBTQ people. Nobody claimed he was “shoving something in their faces”, either. Because only bigots say that, and only out of hate. Everyone can tell the difference between David Fry’s benevolent motive for sharing his faith, and Landon Roupp’s hate-fueled motive. That’s why people who pretend Roupp was some kind of victim are fooling nobody.
