Kobe pushed his teammates to see which ones would fight back and develop into dawgs he could trust in the playoffs. Sasha Vujačić became better and became a champion. Others couldn’t handle Kobe’s pressure and make podcasts today complaining about his leadership ✌️ (Kobe.24.ever IG)

Came out here to see Caitlin live, to see what the fuss is about. Shes been okay but what has shocked me the most is anytime her teammates have the ball or Clark sets them up they are HORRENDOUS. Now I know why Clark looks so upset the whole game her teammates are TRASH 🤦🏻♂️

Man, I just want Pau to go on a podcast and FLAME all these former Kobe teammates. He’s one of the main guys who can call them all out. Pau was considered a “soft Euro” when he played for the Grizzlies, and everyone said he wasn’t a winner. He came to the Lakers and they went to the Finals his first year. He got bullied by KG and Perkins in the ’08 Finals. The “soft” narrative continued. That summer, Kobe pushed Pau like he’d never been pushed before: early-morning training, late-night weight-room sessions, endless film sessions. Kobe verbally abused him daily in practice, calling him weak. How did Pau respond? He toughened up and stepped up. One of the greatest Laker playoff runs in ’09, then in ’10. He faced the Celtics again and not only held his own- he was DOMINANT. Kob was training DAWGS. Some stepped up and became champions. Others, 15 years later, went on a podcast and complained about Kobe’s leadership style✌️

Scottie Pippen on if nba owners would pick him over LeBron: “𝑰 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆 6 𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒔... 𝒅𝒐 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒘𝒂𝒏𝒕 𝒊𝒏𝒅𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒅𝒖𝒂𝒍 𝒂𝒄𝒄𝒐𝒍𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒔 𝒐𝒓 𝒅𝒐 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒘𝒂𝒏𝒕 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒎𝒑𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑𝒔? 𝑪𝒖𝒛 𝑰 𝒅𝒊𝒅𝒏'𝒕 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒔𝒆 𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒔.” 🔥 Scottie puts himself above Bron and he has the grounds to do it. He NEVER chased stats, he never stat padded in games. He was a MUCH better defender and equal playmaker. He did everything it took to win championships and he helped the Bulls win 6 ✌️ (Inspiredbyhoops, Patrick Bet-David )

2000s Guards were special man No gather step 5 steps No traveling No flopping No foul baiting Real footwork and SKILL 🔥 Hornets Baron Davis would be a walking 28 & 10 today. Too big for smaller guards and too fast for bigger guards BD was giving your favorite team PROBLEMS 👊

A rare clip (VHS) of Mike working out in the gym with his trainer Tim Grover: No goofy workouts. No filming himself. Just a man locked in with one mission: get stronger so the Bad Boy Pistons could no longer out-physical him. Mike worked out every day. Win or loss, Tim said he was there the morning after game day for his next workout. I am glad we had the privilege to look up to Mike. He taught us a lot about hard work and being hyper-focused. No excuses 👊
