One of the things the games industry often fails to do is promote the right people. We promote our high performers, sometimes we promote the squeaky wheel, and worst of all we will push people who aren’t ready into roles of responsibility with no support or training simply to fill the job. We need to support and train people with good leadership skills. Good communicators, those who can put project and team before themselves. Those you can trust. This isn’t always the best developer.

This isn’t an amazing tutorial or anything. Just a quick trick I use. I am more conscious of colours if there’s lights in the scene but I use this to help with early tonal variation. Can also duplicate and hue shift/desaturate the glitch layer if you want to get a more controlled outcome.
