I had a lot of fun putting together this music video and I learned a lot. I tried really hard to convey the energy of the song into the visuals, and I wanted to channel what a boss attitude can be in a variety of ways. I chose the tiger 🐅 as the symbolic animal in this video for a couple of reasons. The tiger is a prominent symbol in Korean culture and history, so I wanted to pay homage to that. I also see many of your “cat” comments, and I wanted to acknowledge that in the video 😹 I also wanted to do a callback to some of the concepts I’ve shown before - the motorcycle and boxing scenes. When I visualized the song in my mind, I imagined throwing punches to the beats so it felt like a natural thing to incorporate the boxing. You’ll also notice that gold is the main color that appears in many places throughout most of the video. I chose gold because a boss always comes in first place, of course 😉😎🥇 Then I decided to end the video with that little cheeky moment to spark your imagination, a visual representation of “and….” dot dot dot.
