Criminals don’t care which political party you belong to — and neither do I. As Attorney General, I protect all Virginians.

I am running for re-election as Attorney General. As Attorney General, I’ve deployed every tool available to keep Virginians safe and violent criminals off our streets. We are not going back to the failed policies of the past; our families' safety and Virginia's future depends on it.

Under Jay Jones’ early release policy, a convicted child predator was released early from prison. After his release, he groomed and assaulted an 11-year-old girl—an avoidable tragedy caused by reckless policymaking that put ideology ahead of public safety.

Gavin Newsom, one of the worst governors in the country, is coming to Virginia to campaign for gerrymandering with Abigail Spanberger, the least popular governor in the country. I think they deserve each other. They want a congressman who votes like they’re from California.

I took an oath to protect all Virginians — Republican, Democrat, or Independent. Jay Jones belongs no where near the Attorney General’s Office.

There is no cry like the cry of a mother who has lost her child. Jay Jones failed the most basic test of civility and decency.
