This is the whole video leading up to Dean Withers emotional victim stance breakdown. He freaks out when criticism comes his way, he is unable to hold any discourse. He yells and screams because he wants others to accept his facts while he is known for refusing others. I do not know if he did or did not do this. What I do know is he has accused POTUS of these types of allegations, he literally built a platform on it. Karma is a mean cxnt, hopefully he learns from this. Libtards will all eventually show you who they are.
