11 years ago, I traded the gym membership for a set of rings and a backyard. My kids didn't grow up watching me leave for the gym. They grew up watching me train at home. If you're a busy parent, time is your most valuable asset. Stop wasting it in traffic. I started jiu jitsu at 44 with the time I got back. Both my kids joined. So did my daughter's boyfriend.
