Newly released home surveillance video shows Justin Aylaian breaking into the home of Kelsey Fitzsimmons, while Fitzsimmons was in the hospital, just days after being shot. The ex-boyfriend can be seen with three other men breaking through the door and entering the home. The footage is part of a new motion filed today on behalf of Fitzsimmons by her defense team.

My friend Kathy's indoor/outdoor cat didn't come home yesterday, and it didn't take us long to figure out that an Amazon driver stole him. Here she is, giving him food and trying to get him in her car. Neighbors say she eventually got him and drove away. We contacted Amazon but they would not help, so we went to the police. They are actively working to find Murphy, who my friend Kathy has had for 18 years. Hey Amazon , want to step in here?

Good Morning from Lawrence Superior Court where we will hear closing arguments in the Kelsey Fitzsimmons trial. Over a dozen North Andover Police officers are here today, including Daley, Noonan and Houston. I asked Officer Noonan if he still thinks Kelsey is a "whack job" and asked Officer Houston if he was ever really a friend to Fitzsimmons. A Massachusetts police department submitted a request for a warrant to Facebook to obtain the name and identity behind a burner account that they say was harassing one of their officers, who also happens to be the son of the chief of police. The warrant was approved by a clerk magistrate and the department learned the identity was that of a police officer from a neighboring town. The only problem? Many found the alleged harassing posts to not be harassing at all and the city council has called for an investigation. The corporation counsel for the city of Fall River says the city council can not call for the investigation, only the mayor can, who has stated the police did nothing wrong.

Judge ruling in the Kelsey Fitzsimmons hearing last week where her bail was revoked after her attorney Timothy J. Bradl, P.C. asked for alternative ways for the North Andover police officer to complete alcohol testing while out on bail. Fitzsimmons' probation officer testified that Fitzsimmons was compliant in testing and has not tested positive for alcohol, despite having difficulty breathing into the testing device after being shot in the chest this summer. Bail was revoked anyway. Listen:
