VIDEO: The assistant town clerk in Somerset, MA hands an election worker a stack of mail-in ballots who then takes them in her personal vehicle, unattended, to the town polling location. This took place in the parking lot of town hall on Primary Day this past September. The video was requested by residents after someone saw the ballots being moved without a police officer or a second poll worker present. Should there be more security around mail-in #ballots? Newly released home surveillance video shows Justin Aylaian breaking into the home of Kelsey Fitzsimmons, while Fitzsimmons was in the hospital, just days after being shot. The ex-boyfriend can be seen with three other men breaking through the door and entering the home. The footage is part of a new motion filed today on behalf of Fitzsimmons by her defense team.

My friend Kathy's indoor/outdoor cat didn't come home yesterday, and it didn't take us long to figure out that an Amazon driver stole him. Here she is, giving him food and trying to get him in her car. Neighbors say she eventually got him and drove away. We contacted Amazon but they would not help, so we went to the police. They are actively working to find Murphy, who my friend Kathy has had for 18 years. Hey Amazon , want to step in here?

This summer, The Expert The Broken Baker Side_Eye and others mislead all of their followers and said they were victims of a swatting event while gathering in Tennessee. Swatting calls are dangerous false calls to law enforcement in an attempt to harm the person at the location requesting service and can sometimes lead to death. These individuals not only cried on streams, claimed their minor children were in danger and spoke about how they could never attend events like this in the future, some of them also accused myself and Jessica Walsh of being responsible. As you can see from the below bodycam footage, the welfare check the officer made to the location was NEVER a swatting event, no one was ever in harms way and there was nothing traumatic about the call. As a matter of fact, it was the opposite: light, fun and even jovial. They make a joke about the officer being a stripper and even offer the cop chips as they stand around drinking beer. These people cultivated something that never existed and blamed it on me and my friend, causing us reputational harm. They are scumbag losers and liars.

I have found myself drawn to this show for the past several months as I find something very authentic about Mel. I used to keep it private that I was a fan of hers but I've popped into their chat more these days and even drop a superchat or membership or two. I think this clip from tonight's show highlights exactly why. Mel has conviction, doesn't back down and she ensures her feelings are protected. She demonstrates these qualities often and not just about this subject matter. And on a personal note, thanks, Mel.

Good Morning from Lawrence Superior Court where we will hear closing arguments in the Kelsey Fitzsimmons trial. Over a dozen North Andover Police officers are here today, including Daley, Noonan and Houston. I asked Officer Noonan if he still thinks Kelsey is a "whack job" and asked Officer Houston if he was ever really a friend to Fitzsimmons. A Massachusetts police department submitted a request for a warrant to Facebook to obtain the name and identity behind a burner account that they say was harassing one of their officers, who also happens to be the son of the chief of police. The warrant was approved by a clerk magistrate and the department learned the identity was that of a police officer from a neighboring town. The only problem? Many found the alleged harassing posts to not be harassing at all and the city council has called for an investigation. The corporation counsel for the city of Fall River says the city council can not call for the investigation, only the mayor can, who has stated the police did nothing wrong.

Judge ruling in the Kelsey Fitzsimmons hearing last week where her bail was revoked after her attorney Timothy J. Bradl, P.C. asked for alternative ways for the North Andover police officer to complete alcohol testing while out on bail. Fitzsimmons' probation officer testified that Fitzsimmons was compliant in testing and has not tested positive for alcohol, despite having difficulty breathing into the testing device after being shot in the chest this summer. Bail was revoked anyway. Listen:
