Justice Devine is an embarrassment to the TX Sup Ct. He is supposed to promote public confidence in the integrity and impartiality of the judiciary. He blasts his colleagues on the Court as “brainwashed”. He blasts the judges on the Court of Criminal Appeals as RINOs. He misses over 50% of oral arguments before the Court. He expects he is going to have to rule on election law cases where the Democrats have stolen the election like they did in 2020.

Rep Drew Darby(R) of San Angelo is not going to be intimidated by Gov Abbott to pass vouchers. He is against vouchers and he will “stand by our position and never retreat…This is one of those things I feel passionate about and we are not going to shrink from the responsibility.”
