Private schools are also not required to provide services mandated by IDEA. It’s irresponsible of Abbott to imply that private schools will provide the same or even similar special education services that IDEA (federal law) requires of public schools.

My son had a 504 when he was in school. When charter schools first came out, he got in one. None of the 504 transferred over. A few months into school, he got in trouble, and they kicked him out.

NDTV has reported that a child died after a school canopy collapsed during an Independence Day celebration. But NDTV did not report that this was a private school named Al Hasnain Public School. Local children from the area, who were not students of the school, had climbed onto the school’s canopy to watch the Independence Day celebration. Due to the extra weight, the canopy collapsed, killing an 8-year-old child and injuring two others. But NDTV did not report these details. Yogi Adityanath ji needs to check this with Sanjay Pugalia.

According to reports, the school had made the child stand outside and then shut the gate. From there, the child disappeared. Just imagine the trauma of a parent searching for his child, not knowing where he is or if he is safe. How can a school leave a minor unattended outside its premises? Where is the duty of care? Where is the basic humanity? Such negligence is unacceptable. Strict action must be taken against the school administration so that no other family has to suffer this nightmare.

These buffoons cut a 2024 video of PBAT and Macron where PBAT specifically mentioned that it is almost impossible to educate a starving population. He advocated for a school feeding program where a child in Nigeria can be assured of a pint of milk, a sandwich and egg. The funny thing is that he did it as Governor of Lagos in partnership with Cadbury, Nestle etc. School feeding program is key to enrolment and attendance. If the almajiri child is assured of food in school, he will go to school. Even their parents would be the ones to push them to school. If a child on the streets of Lagos can eat a decent meal in School, they will stay in class. The UK has a comprehensive school feeding program. The US has a National School Lunch Program. Trying to enroll and teach hungry kids in school is a waste of time. You need to outgrow this 2022 cut and join video format.

BREAKING: Instead of complying with federal immigration laws, this is what MayorWu would rather the Boston Police Dept. be doing - a “wellness check” on a homeschooling mom. Why did she pull her 3 kids out of BostonPublicSchools? Because her 12 year old daughter was inappropriately touched by a teacher at school. When the girl reported the incident to the school officials, instead of calling her mom, they had a BPS department called “Equity” come to the school and speak to the child - with no parent present. When mom found out about the incident, because the child later had a breakdown and refused to go to school, after several calls, emails, texts, and having to send an advocate to the school, they principal finally responded and informed mom that it is their policy not to notify parents until investigation is complete! Principal refused to talk further to mom and when mom persisted, she was trespassed from the school and from the BPS headquarters. She has since unenrolled her 3 children from BPS and documents everything that happens on her Facebook livestreams. This video is from a livestream on her fb today. This is not a unique situation.
