All three of the complaints were filed by the same person. The first complaint was filed under the name Katie Johnson, who filed the next two complaints anonymously as "Jane Doe." Two of the complaints included sworn affidavits from the plaintiff, "Jane Doe," describing in graphic detail the assaults she endured at the hands of Trump and Epstein. All three lawsuits were voluntarily dismissed. The plaintiff’s attorney later cited death threats as a factor. Jane Doe's sworn affidavit also references threats, including death threats, made by Trump and Epstein.
