The owners must have been a rich industrialist or a politician or a senior govt offcial who doesn't have time for his pets but can afford servants. Thank You, via insta Street Dog Rescue - Gurgaon As Wednesday folded in and we were busy with our daily task intact right early in morning while we noticed this street dog trapped in the extended roof on the 12th floor of an abandoned building. 112 Haryana Haryana Police Gurugram Police Didn't wait for anyone to act, swiftly contacted 112 and coordinated for fire services to come in where Haryana Fire services were swift enough to reach the spot in 30 minutes and PCR was there to assist in this.
