The reason why our Indian dogs suffer is this, the colonial hangover. Right now I saw these imported dogs out for a walk near Lodhi Garden, Central Delhi. The owners must have been a rich industrialist or a politician or a senior govt offcial who doesn't have time for his pets but can afford servants. While our indies suffer on the streets without any help and failure of MCD and govt at large, on top of it our apex court wants to take away their right to simply exist on places where they were born free. "Fair and Lovely" complex at full force ! #AwaraNahiHumaraHai
