This morning, I raised concerns in Parliament about the unusually rapid speed at which the Protection of Sovereignty Bill is being processed. Committee meetings to consider views of stakeholders have not commenced, but the bill has already been put on today’s order paper for passing! If the bill is good for the Country like we are told, it is prudent that adequate time is accorded for key stakeholders to share their views on this bill. #KeepingTheGovtInCheck

This is part of the damage and destruction caused by the military when they raided the home of HE BOBI WINE last night. As if that was not sufficient for them, they went ahead to beat up his wife and the other family members. All this by a regime which says it “won” the recent election overwhelmingly!!

Gov’t keeps giving out tax payers’ money to private companies, to the benefit of the individual owners and not the citizens; *Inspire Africa coffee factory in Ntungamo-180 billion shs. *DEI Biopharma-724 billion. *Atiak sugar factory-668 billion. *Roko-263 billion. In the proposed budget FY 2026/2027, Gov’t plans to add these entities more money. If this isn’t theft, I don’t know what is! #KeepingTheGovtInCheck

Hassan Hiwumbire, the Wandegeya DPC has got a family, a wife and 3 children. It's sad to see him treat other people's children this way. In this Ramathan season, I imagine Hassan wakes up in the whee hours, and eats Daaku with his family, in preparation for the day's fasting. Then in the morning, he sets out to go and work. This here is part of the "work" that Hassan does. May God help this brute, because one wonders where all this rage comes from.

Government through its mouth pieces keeps saying that HE BOBI WINE is free and that no one is after him, yet police and the military continue to lay siege to his home and deny access to anyone who goes there. If there is an offence he is suspected to have committed, why don’t summons be issued to him instead of harassing his family??? #KeepingTheGovtInCheck

Some regime propagandists edited my message on the day we remembered the people who were massacred on 18th & 19th November 2020. They edited out the beginning and last parts of my remarks, to make it seem like we shall be out for revenge against all NRM supporters and even civil servants…which is far from the truth.
