So gutted to be missing Sir Chris Hoy’s Tour de 4 on Sunday because of my ankle, but I’m so glad Tim Peake is stepping in to take part and make up for my absence! 🚴♂️ It’s going to be an amazing day, raising vital funds for cancer research in the UK and showing that a Stage 4 diagnosis, while devastating, doesn’t define the limits of what’s possible. Registration is now closed, but you can head to to get a guest pass or make a donation. Every bit of support will go a long way towards helping us create a better future. ❤️ #tourde4 #sirchrishoy #cancerresearch

So gutted that I’m going to have to miss Sir Chris Hoy’s Tour de 4 this Sunday due to an injury. I was really looking forward to taking part and helping raise awareness and vital funds for prostate cancer research. Although I won’t be able to be there, I’ll be cheering on everyone taking part. Please continue to support Chris, the incredible riders and this brilliant cause. ❤️ Good luck to everyone riding this Sunday! 🚴♂️❤️ 👉
