As witnessed yesterday yet again with Xavi Simons, our medical team is utterly clueless.Asking him to run it off after being in obvious distress jeez 😡 I know they don’t have a scanner pitch side to see if there’s ligament damage, but you should know the signs as an expert as to when a player has to come off, even as a precaution. We saw the same thing with Kulu Bentancur and Dragusin doing squat jumps after they could barely stand up. We now have 11 players out injured; it’s certainly no coincidence the club hierarchy,recruitment team, and medical team have failed us, handicapping any chance of progression, leaving us on the brink of relegation. FT Chelsea 2 v 1 Spurs I’m fuming after that 90 mins It’s back to the pre-De Zerbi team performance we’ve put ourselves in. This shocking position we need a result at Everton to save ourselves. After a strong opening 18 mins, Kinsky had to make a good save from Palmer. Our midfield was nowhere, but we didn’t learn our lesson. Destiny with a poor headed clearance. Enzo picks it up and hits a great looping shot from 25 yards out into the goal. Kinsky reacts late. There was a gulf in class in the midfield area. We were 2nd best . This is a team that played at Wembley 3 days ago. We had 9 days rest, but it looked the other way round. Whereas the heart, the fight 🤷🏻♂️ It was also a team weakened without Joao Pedro, James, and Colwell. The start of the second half was no better. What was Muani doing playing that pass across the pitch like that for Santos to score? Made it 2. It’s all been too easy. Madders, Spence, and Sarr came on to try and get us back in it, and it was Sarr’s cross that put Richy in to score and put us back in it. He should have, however, buried that header. What is it with playing horseshoe football around the box when you’re chasing the game? Take a bloody shot 😡 Am I confident we can get the draw we need ? No, we are shit at home. I’m sorry I’m still totally convinced that the referee or VAR should have 100% ruled out Atletico Madrid goal which levelled the tie & killed the momentum Xavi Simons was fouled pure & simple. Watch 👀 as our coaches & medical team allow Lucas Bergvall to continue to play when he’s obviously struggling in pain and likely injured. He is made to jump up and down on the sidelines, which is likely making it even worse. Why ? Is it any wonder that we have such a huge injury list? FT Spurs 1 v 1 Leeds I’m absolutely gutted, but it could have been so much worse had Leeds shot late on hadn’t hit the bar. We have Kinsky to thank for not losing the game in the end. We were manic in the first 15 mins, winning the ball back in the final 3rd, but we hurried to many final balls. Leeds didn’t come with their heads on the beach; that’s for sure. They were dangerous on the counter. We kept pressing to win the ball back but struggled with the final ball. We had 6 corners, none were really good enough. The most dangerous moment came from a Leeds header which Kinsky did brilliantly to dive low and save on the line . His ball distribution is so much better than Vicario. We took the game to them, but they were resolute. The nerves weren’t great at the end of the 1st half with the VAR penalty. From hero, Marthys Tel with a fantastic goal, then he turns to villain with an overhead kick that takes out Ampadu in his own box. What was he doing 🤦🏻♂️ Var gives the penalty, the game changed. We just can’t win at home, it’s that simple. When Bentancur went off, we fell apart; our passing was shocking. The only positive was seeing Maddison coming on late in the match to try and influence the game. Was that a penalty ? we get nothing from VAR not 1 all season 😡 Leeds came to play; let’s hope they have the same commitment when they play West Ham. So many poor performances in that second half. Richarlison should have buried his chance. It’s still in our hands, but we need Newcastle to do us a favour. If they win, we are still with the upper hand. If they lose, I fear for us. It’s Chelsea next 🙏🏼 #COYS 🤍💙

This 🎥 just about summed Spurs & our captain up yesterday. Romero on his own nobody at all interested in helping out,he loses the ball,Forest break yet he’s sat on the ground throwing his arms up about a free kick yet he makes no attempt to jump up and hurry back. FT Spurs 1 v 0 Everton Finally our 3rd home win this season and boy was it special. Let’s pump it up the Spurs are staying up 👊🏼🔥 On a day of record temperatures we a hoped for a record breaking season performance today and we got it in fight and determination in hard conditions and tremendous pressure. We came out the block strong pressing them,we looked so much stronger with Porro and Spence on the right both defensively and from a stacking point. Although We pressed hard Everton were always a threat from set pieces and putting the ball in from wide. it had to be Palhinha however who broke their defence there were great scenes as he ran to the bench what a season he’s had for us the best loan signing in our History ? There was so many nice interchanging of passes down the wings this is pure De Zerbi Bentancur was outstanding again as were our entire defence It was nerve racking in that second half Everton came to play and in injury time Kinsky made a fantastic save he’s played his part in this seasons recovery Heroes one and all See you next season thanks for all your support TTID #COYS 🤍💙
