As a Catholic priest, I hold the Body of Our Lord Jesus Christ in every Mass. There are always particles on my fingers and sometimes hands, but I have the necessary recourse to either the ablution cup or purification of my fingers and hands after distributing Holy Communion, when purifying the chalice and paten. A question: for people receiving Communion in the hand, what do you do for the particles on your hands or fingers? Those particles are Jesus. It is a heresy to say they are not because they are either microscopic or simply small. So again, where do those particles go? We know that even the smallest piece of Christ’s flesh matters, the smallest drop of Blood, hence why, in the heartbreaking moment after Mary witnessed her Son be scourged, she proceeded to wipe every drop from the ground. She didn’t want to leave one drop, one particle, on the floor. What about all the places in which particles of Our Lord’s Body are left unknowingly? It’s an honest and important question because we are called to show reverence to the Body of Christ. As a priest, what else am I supposed to be preaching? Is this not a central and valid concern that I raise? If I am attacked and told I said something wrong, I repeat the words of Christ: Jesus answered him, “If I have spoken wrongly, bear witness to the wrong; but if I have spoken rightly, why do you strike me?” John 18:23.

As St. Thomas Aquinas explains, the Real Presence remains only as long as the species of bread remain; when the species are so corrupted or reduced that they no longer retain the nature and appearance of bread, the sacramental presence ceases. Nevertheless, even in cases where particles may be so minute that they no longer retain the species and therefore no longer contain the Real Presence, due reverence is still fitting for what was once the Blessed Sacrament and for that which has been consecrated to so sacred a purpose. So again, where do those particles go? (This is an edit to correct my error in stating it is heresy to say micro particles do not retain the real Presence) We know that even the smallest piece of Christ’s Flesh matters, the smallest drop of His Precious Blood. Hence why, in the heartbreaking moment after Mary witnessed her Son be scourged, she proceeded to wipe every drop from the ground. She did not want to leave one drop, one particle, on the floor. What about all the places in which particles of Our Lord’s Body are left unknowingly? It is an honest and important question because we are called to show reverence to the Body of Christ. As a priest, what else am I supposed to be preaching? Is this not a central and valid concern that I raise? Today Candace Owens showed clearer footage of the alleged gunman walking through UVU campus. My question is simple: Do guns bend like rubber as this individuals leg does? If the gun wasn’t in this man’s pants leg, was it in the backpack? If so, where in the available videos do we see him assemble it? Let alone, at what point is it seen at all in any of the footage of him running across the roof? If it’s reasonable to observe, if you allow yourself to, that it is not only non-observable, but also defies common-sense since rifles don’t bend like rubber as this man’s leg is when stepping down, how did the gun end up in the woods? Perhaps during the trial we will get HD footage proving beyond a reasonable doubt that both Tyler Robinson shot Charlie Kirk, and that at some point his grandfathers rifle was on the roof. These honest questions are important since, as Americans, we believe that a person is innocent until proven guilty. I don’t know the truth, but I want to know. Justice for Charlie.

What a great joy it would have been to have Charlie Kirk enter into full communion with the One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church. He probably would be among the greatest Catholic thinkers of our day. He was certainly “very close” to becoming Catholic.

“More souls go to Hell because of sins of the flesh than for any other reason” “Certain fashions will be introduced that will offend Our Lord very much.” -Our Lady of Fatima I am outraged by this performance, it is scandalous. Should women be dancing like this in front of a Catholic priest, let alone young people? Is this pleasing to Jesus, does this help souls get to Heaven? Is this Catholic?

Fight the good fight! Catholics, the time is now. Rally the forces! We must stand united against all the wicked forces which desire to silence us. No more! The enemy of our soul never sleeps. If we don’t take ground, we will either remain where we are, bombarded by the enemies of our soul, or we will be crushed! Catholics, let’s take the hill for Christ! Use your words, use the Word! Take up your Rosaries, take up the Scriptures, take up the Church’ teaching, and engage! Enter into the public square and share the faith with the strength, love, and compassion of Christ! Do not be afraid! If God is for us, who can be against us? Do not let the world, the flesh, or the devil silence your Catholic voice! If we do not engage the spiritual war taking place, we are doomed. No longer is it sufficient to hope somebody else will do it. We must act! Let your voices be heard! Witness in the work place, witness in church, witness at school, witness in the public square, witness in private conversations, witness wherever you are in the world! We need witnesses now more than ever. Pray, pray everyday, pray like you have never prayed before, because if prayer is not front and center, our efforts are mere activism. Be Bold, Be Courageous, Be Catholic! Catholics, fight for the Church and for the kingdom of God! Mary is our Queen leader, and Christ is King of kings! The Church is clear that people who struggle with gender identity disorder are to be treated with care, love, and respect, especially in light of the tremendous psychological suffering they endure because of this mental illness. Nevertheless, gender ideology in all its forms must unequivocally be opposed as a direct attack on God’s original plan for human identity. Carrie Prejean Boller bravely holds the line in the face of a culture which either seeks to normalize or remain passive about gender ideology. Some time back, I discussed with Jesse Romero the issue of cultural effeminacy, which is the tendency to shrink from what is challenging, which is a vice opposed to perseverance. We need more Catholics like Carrie, who refuse to bow to gender ideology, who hold the line on matters of faith and morals that God has entrusted to His Catholic Church to proclaim unambiguously. We must pray for persons struggling with this extremely painful mental health challenge and show compassion, but we must also not be misguided in our pastoral efforts and assume that either passivity, silence, or assuming somebody else will step into the breach in the face of this pressing issue is sufficient. Silence or tacit approval through false forms of inculturation is not compassion. We march to end abortion and pray outside abortion clinics, and readily speak on this issue, which is a direct threat to human life. We also need to speak boldly and stand firm in communicating the truth of God’s plan for men and women. Compassion and bold proclamation of the truth need not be at odds. Either the Kingdom of God or Satan is advancing each day in our families, our communities, our culture, or our country. Fight the good fight with love, compassion, and strength. Be bold Catholics!
