After another rebuke by SCOTUS (his 3rd loss before the high court in his ignominious career) in the immunity decision, Jack Smith was forced to cut 9 pages and one unindicted co-conspirator from his original J6 indictment. He went back to a DC grand jury in August 2024 and voila! Got a superseding indictment on the exact same 4 counts in the original indictment. In his underhanded way to circumvent SCOTUS’ presidential immunity guidance, Smith then referred to the president as a “candidate” for president—like he was going to pull one over on SCOTUS when the new indictment headed back to the high court. “See he was a candidate not a sitting president so immunity framework doesn’t apply!” Smith’s dishonesty is always off the charts but this is new level:

A shattered family from New York is trying to figure out how to get their daughter’s body back home from Chicago after she was executed by an illegal. A wife is in labor right now without her husband by her side because he was killed in a fire set by a repeat criminal in Chicago. Dozens of “teens” terrorized parts of the city last night. Pay attention to what state and city leaders—especially those who think they can run Chicago—are talking about and posting on social media. If you see meaningless posts about snow plows, March Madness, and e-scooters, you have a right to be furious at their cowardice, their fecklessness, and even worse, their inhumanity at this moment.

Jack Smith talks here as if a federal judge did not determine he has been unlawfully appointed special counsel. Or how that same judge busted his team for misrepresenting the condition of materials seized during the Mar A Lago raid. Or how Judge Cannon almost kicked one of his henchmen out of court one day over his disrespectful temper tantrum at her. Or how she constantly pressed his team as to why they conducted the entire investigation in DC rather than Florida. Or how he and Judge Jeb Boasberg refused to produce grand jury transcripts from that investigation to her. I could go on… Also his defense of Brian Driscoll (a “folk hero” Smith says) is hilarious. Driscoll was fired for refusing direct orders to produce a list of FBI employees involved in J6 investigations.

![BREAKING VIDEO: For 2 1/2 years, Capitol Police officer Aquilino Gonell has lied about injuries he sustained on Jan 6. He has testified under oath and in federal court proceedings that he suffered near-death injuries. New J6 video contradicts Gonell's claims that protesters inflicted head, shoulder, hand, and foot injuries so egregious that he required surgery and medical leave. (Not to mention "mental health" trauma.) In a victim impact statement made in court in May, Gonell told the judge that he was "bleeding from both hands, [had] a maimed foot, hit on the head, sprayed with pepper and bear spray, beaten, punched, pushed, pulled, and assaulted by many other rioters as they try to gain entrance." Here he is for several minutes near the body of Rosanne Boyland at around 4:50 on Jan 6, after the protest and violence ended. His hands show no sign of injury. Nor does his shoulder, as he takes off gear. His feet seem fine--he is seen kicking items out of the area. And his head, which had been protected by a riot helmet, shows no sign of injury, either. Not only did Gonell lie to Congress and federal judges in "victim impact" statements, he has repeatedly lied during media interviews and on social media about his experience. I want to give context to new DNC pipe bomb video we just posted. At 12:38, Karlin Younger--who at the time worked for FirstNet tied to law enforcement--"found" pipe bomb in alley near RNC HQ. (She's in white circle.) She told media she was doing laundry and looked down and saw the device. This is what happened next. (MUCH more on this soon). Green awning is Capitol Hill Club, a big hangout for Congressional Republicans. Who among us doesn't find a bomb then run back to where it's ticking away while trying to find someone to "help."

These are the sort of gremlins J6ers had to fight in court. Sara Levine: “The Justice Department is under attack.” It’s simply stunning to see how they lie with ease. They were not fired for “doing their jobs.” They were temporary prosecutors on Capitol Siege unit who were made permanent after Trump won. Trump DOJ busted the scheme and dismissed the temporary hires. Also—note how the 100% conviction rate is supposed to demonstrate the strength of the evidence rather than a rigged, biased process that involved jurors in the most Democratic city in the country. These two aren’t even employable at the local DMV.
