Helped a friend w/Instagram cropping/sizing using Photoshop, so figure I'll throw this here as well Set crop to 4:5 vertical or horizontal, duplicate layer, move the crop as shown, stretch bottom layer to fill blank space and set w/e blur you want. That's it, thats the tldr
