A well-known former journalist informed AfriForum that two prominent South African journalists are currently being paid by the State Security Agency and the Department of International Relations to try to discredit AfriForum and the Solidarity Movement. AfriForum has consequently, in terms of the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA), formally submitted requests to both government institutions to obtain information on which journalists, academics, and commentators are being paid by them to influence public opinion in line with the state’s directives.

SA spy caught in the US It is known that Karen Burger, the self proclaimed author of the "not in our name" litany of complaints attacking AfriForum and Solidariteit on behalf of a group of 44 Afrikaners, had ties to the State Security Agency during her career and was employed at the South African Embassy in Washington until the end of last year. Given her experience at the embassy, she may perhaps be able to provide greater clarity on whether, to her knowledge, the allegations made in the Daily Maverick video could possibly be correct and, if so, which representative at the South African Embassy she believes is being implicated. According to the video, an official at the South African Embassy, with ties to the State Security Agency, acted as the liaison with a South African spy in the US. These are serious allegations. One now has to wonder whether the same kind of alleged dirty tactics are also being employed locally by the State Security Agency in an attempt to discredit AfriForum and Solidarity.

.AfriForum has called on the G20 countries to request the South African government that property rights in South Africa be respected and that effective action be taken to combat farm murders. We have written to the embassies of the G20 countries and also presented solutions to these problems.

AfriForum has just submitted a formal submission to the Khampepe Commission of Inquiry, requesting that the commission, as part of its investigation into political interference aimed at preventing the prosecution of TRC cases, also determine why ANC leaders were never prosecuted for their acts of terror during the apartheid era. The National Prosecuting Authority has recently begun to selectively prosecute members of the former security forces for various crimes but continues, for political reasons, to refuse to investigate the wrongdoing of ANC leaders. AfriForum therefore once again calls for the book on the past to be closed — but if that does not happen, that ANC leaders who did not receive amnesty should also be investigated in the interest of equality before the law.

USA boycotts G20 AfriForum warned the ANC in advance that South Africa’s relationship with the USA cannot be repaired by falsely dismissing American concerns as the result of “misinformation.” The reckless strategy of the ANC-led government has now failed, and the country is reaping the bitter fruits thereof. It is in the country’s best interest to restore relations with the USA. AfriForum proposes that this be done by finding solutions to, among other things, the farm murder crisis and the lack of respect for property rights — issues that have once again been highlighted by President Donald J. Trump. AfriForum proposes the following: Farm murders •The Presidency 🇿🇦 Cyril Ramaphosa 🇿🇦 must unconditionally condemn the “kill the Boer” chant, which calls for ethnic violence against Afrikaners. •Acknowledgement must be given that farm murders are often accompanied by excessive torture and violence. •Farm murders must be declared a priority crime, as is already the case with many other crimes — even rhino poaching is a priority crime. •The government must ensure that the police cooperate with farm and neighborhood watch groups that operate within the framework of the law. Expropriation Act •The government must commit itself to protecting property rights. •Section 12(3) of the Expropriation Act, which makes expropriation without compensation possible, must be repealed. •Section 19(2) of the Expropriation Act, which allows expropriation to take place before the courts have given a final ruling, must be amended.

.The Presidency 🇿🇦 Ramaphosa falsely accuses AfriForum of sowing division, while in reality, it is he and the ANC’s leaders who are fostering division—among other things, by signing the Expropriation Act and the BELA Act, which threaten Afrikaans schools and, consequently, our cultural survival. It is also Ramaphosa who refuses to condemn slogans such as “Kill the Boer.” Therefore, AfriForum, Solidariteit, and the Solidariteit Movement will continue to distribute the Washington Memorandum— which advocates for pressure on ANC leaders—among policymakers in the USA. You can also sign the Washington Memorandum at

.Werner Human has never received a cent in salary from AfriForum , nor does he earn more than R3 million at his current job at the Solidarity Movement. News24 🇿🇦 did not verify their false information with anyone before publishing it. These anti-AfriForum activists at News24 are so obsessed with attacking AfriForum that they have started making basic mistakes by failing to verify their facts. That is why News24 has had to apologise to AfriForum on various occasions for publishing false information about us. Max du Preez watch this video to be informed before spreading the lies written by your fellow ant-AfriForum activists 😉.

.AfriForum will request the South African government to urgently table an amendment bill to the Expropriation Act to remove the threat to property rights contained therein. It is tragic that the people of our country will be punished for the reckless actions of the The Presidency 🇿🇦 and the #ANC. Sanctions should rather target ANC leaders than the country itself. Breaking News: The South African government is targeting its opponents by entertaining false charges of high treason against those who fight for property rights and expose the human rights abuses against Afrikaners. As AfriForum's CEO, I have no sleepless nights over the Hawks’ investigation against us. There are no grounds for these charges. Instead of wasting time on this issue, the Hawks should rather focus on the 94 ANC leaders implicated for corruption by the Zondo Commission. Those individuals are being shielded from presecution by the ANC-led Government, while those who oppose the ANC leaders’ reckless actions and policies are now being targeted. If anyone is betraying the people of this country, it is the ANC leaders. Donald J. Trump Elon Musk Joel Pollak U.S. Mission SA #handsoffafriforum

News24’s latest hit piece on AfriForum: AfriForum demonstrates its commitment to transparency by responding to News24’s allegations in the video below and in the article at this link: In contrast, News24 refused to answer any of the questions I put to them regarding their parent company’s R8 million donation to the ANC and why News24/Media24 stopped publishing its financial statements in 2021. The remuneration figures that News24 attributes to AfriForum’s directors are false and based on incorrect information that does not appear in AfriForum’s financial statements. For example, AfriForum pays no remuneration to Werner Human, while there are also numerous other errors. Below is the correspondence I recently sent to Kyle Cowan from News24: ⸻ Good day Kyle, Thank you for your email. As always, I will gladly respond. AfriForum is proud of the content of the organisation’s financial reports submitted to the Department of Social Development in accordance with the Department’s reporting requirements. Over the past 20 years, since AfriForum was established, these reports have not only been approved by the Department but are also based on AfriForum’s financial statements, which have received clean audits throughout the same 20-year period. I wish to place on record that, in the interest of transparency, AfriForum has already answered 79 questions from News24 comprehensively. AfriForum’s detailed response to News24’s first fishing expedition, consisting of 67 questions, apparently failed to provide any material to advance News24’s anti-AfriForum agenda. News24 subsequently made a second attempt with a further 12 questions, which AfriForum also answered comprehensively. In apparent desperation, News24 has now continued its fishing expedition with another 26 questions. It should also be placed on record that, unlike AfriForum, which has demonstrated a commitment to transparency, News24 has steadfastly refused to answer any questions regarding the R8 million donation, or any other amount, allegedly made by the group of which it forms part to the ANC in recent years, as well as why the company of which News24 forms part stopped publishing its financial statements in 2021. Unlike AfriForum, News24 has also categorically refused to grant AfriForum access to News24’s financial statements and salary information. Nevertheless, I will gladly answer your 26 new questions as soon as I receive answers to the six questions I asked regarding News24’s links to donations made to the ANC and its financial matters. The questions put to News24 will not disappear, and I therefore await your response so that I may proceed with providing AfriForum’s further answers. News24 is encouraged to demonstrate the same level of transparency as AfriForum. To refresh your memory, below is the substance of the questions that you and News24 have now refused to answer for almost a month, and which you are once again requested to answer: • Can News24 confirm that its parent company, Naspers, donated R8 million, or any other amount, to the ANC between 2021 and 2025? • Is News24 comfortable with the fact that its parent company funds a corrupt political party and is therefore indirectly complicit in promoting corruption? • If News24 is uncomfortable with Naspers’s support for the ANC, has News24 expressed its opposition to such support? If not, why not? • Do you agree that Naspers’s support for the ANC, while News24 pursues what appears to be a political vendetta against organisations such as AfriForum that expose ANC corruption, has the effect of protecting the ANC? • News24/Media24 stopped publishing its financial statements in 2021. May I request that you send me the unpublished financial statements? Please also explain why you stopped publishing them. In addition, please provide me with the salaries of News24’s journalists. I await your response. Kind regards Kallie Kriel

Breaking News: We have identified the person spreading misinformation about South Africa in the United States— it is The Presidency 🇿🇦 Ramaphosa. His denialism, along with that of the leftist establishment, regarding the reality of farm murders and land grabs across South Africa, will not solve the problem. The police are failing to act, and ignoring the issue will only make it worse. Let us acknowledge that these problems are real so we can work toward solutions in the interest of all South Africans. AfriForum will lay criminal charges against Cedric Nkabinde, chief of staff to Minister Senzo Mchunu, for deliberately giving false evidence before a parliamentary ad hoc committee. AfriForum strongly denies Nkabinde’s allegations before this committee that AfriForum participated in a plot against former police commissioner, Khomotso Phahlane. Deliberate giving of false evidence before parliament is punishable by a fine or imprisonment for a maximum of two years or both in terms of section 12(2)(e) Powers, Privileges and Immunities of Parliaments Act (Act 4 of 2004). AfriForum challenges Nkabinde to take a lie detector test regarding his allegations. AfriForum is willing to pay the costs of the test and I myself am willing to take the test with Nkabinde.

.The Presidency 🇿🇦 Cyril Ramaphosa 🇿🇦 and his ANC-led South African Government's failure to condemn, prevent, and punish genocidal incitement (such as the chant “Kill the Boer, kill the farmer”) constitutes, in itself, a grave violation of the Genocide Convention. Before the leftist media and farm murder denialists rush to condemn me for this statement, please note that I am merely applying the South African government’s own argument, used during its case against Israel at the ICJ, back onto them. This video shows how South Africa’s legal representative in the ICJ case, Advocate Tembeka Ngcukaitobi, argued as follows: “The intentional failure of the Government of Israel to condemn, prevent, and punish such genocidal incitement constitutes in itself a grave violation of the Genocide Convention. We should recall, Madam President, that in Article 1 of the Convention, Israel confirmed that genocide, whether committed in time of peace or in time of war, is a crime under international law, and it undertook to prevent and to punish it as such. This failure to prevent, condemn, and punish such speech by the government has served to normalize genocidal rhetoric and [posed] extreme danger for Palestinians within Israeli society.” AfriForum and I hope the farm murder denialists and leftist media now recognise that the ANC-led government and President Ramaphosa are themselves contravening the Genocide Convention by failing to condemn or act against the genocidal chant “Kill the Boer.” If not, they should reject South Africa’s own evidence at the ICJ. They cannot have it both ways. By the way, Advocate Ngcukaitobi is the same lawyer who defended Julius Malema’s right to use genocidal chant ‘Kill the Boer’ in South Africa. Donald J. Breaking News: Julius Sello Malema has just been found guilty of unlawfully discharging a firearm in a built-up area and the other four charges against him. AfriForum had already laid the criminal charge against Malema with the police in August 2018. The conviction is a welcome development in AfriForum’s longstanding struggle to ensure that no one in South Africa is untouchable or above the law. Justice is finally being served, even if it sometimes takes a very long time due to South Africa’s flawed criminal justice system. Until now, the state has been reluctant to prosecute Malema in connection with, among others, the On Point and VBS corruption scandals. Today’s ruling is therefore of cardinal importance in helping to secure equality before the law in South Africa.

Import tariff shock: ANC must take blame for Trump’s decision – AfriForum

The South African South African Government now wants to prosecute AfriForum and the Solidarity Movement because these organisations dared to engage with President Donald J. Trump's administration and the U.S. Department of State. The South African The Presidency 🇿🇦 attempts to silence opposing voices through intimidation and prosecution do not exactly create a favourable climate for President Cyril Ramaphosa 🇿🇦’s planned visit to Washington. The accompanying video is a compilation of excerpts from the speech by the Minister in the South African Presidency, Khumbudzo Ntshavheni, in the National Council of Provinces. It provides an indication of how the Presidency now appears to be turning to the kind of undemocratic actions to silence critical voices that are characteristic of oppressive regimes. . AfriForum withdraws from this weekend’s National Dialogue because the The Presidency 🇿🇦 & ANC captured the process. The ANC has turned it into an ANC monologue. The ANC government’s corruption and failed policies caused the crisis. They cannot be trusted to dictate the solutions.
