สุดยอดความทุ่มเท ของพี่แบร์และกำลังใจจากพิญ่าภรรยาสุดที่รัก..😱❤️🔥💓❤️🔥👏👍 '^':I’m not saying this is my best performance as an actor, but this movie will probably be the one that required the most dedication when it came to body transformation. I was around 80 kg at the end of Teeyod 3 production, and then I had to lose weight for The Debt Collector on Netflix. So what was the goal? To get as skinny as I possibly could. 1,800 kcal per day. (Trust me, it wasn’t fun. 😬) But nothing is impossible when you have a goal to achieve. Thanks to the entire team at rakna.studio and Netflixth for supporting me and understanding the way I wanted to approach this project. I wanted to stay completely isolated from everyone, no talking, no socializing so I could fully focus on the role. Thanks to Urassaya Sperbund for all your support and for allowing me to give everything I had to this movie. I was away for almost two whole months, often coming home at 4–5 a.m. while you still had to wake up and go to work, even during the lead-up to our wedding. Thanks to @darrenliufitness for guiding me through my nutrition journey and helping me handle both the mental and physical challenges. Thanks to @fit2go_th for providing the finest meal prep throughout the entire production. P.S. Nothing in this movie is about my dog. I just love him so much. 🐕 #ณเดชน์ #nadech #คนเดือดทวงแค้น #netflix
