Last week, my team gave me the most meaningful surprise: seeing my old Welsh teacher after 25 years. When we moved to Wales, we received a Welsh welcome: Mr Thomas’ kind belief, a nation growing economically, a community whose confident identity wrapped around us so warmly. Ahead of the most divisive Senedd elections in our history, the Wales that made me feels less certain. My hope: that we can return that same kindness to the centre of our national story.

Last night, I opened a new London office and significant expansion for Legora, one of the fastest growing companies in history.
