“चेहरे तो वक्त के साथ सब बदल लेते हैं, हालातों को बदलने वाला ही इतिहास लिखता है।” As Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi ji has consistently said, this is the decade of delivery. And as Finance Minister Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman ji affirmed while presenting her 9th Budget, India’s growth story is driven by stability, scale and structural reform. India’s rise is not accidental. It is policy-led. • From 10th largest economy in 2014 to 4th largest today • ₹12 lakh crore record capital expenditure • ₹4 lakh crore investment in rural & agricultural economy • ₹1.5 lakh crore defence production | ₹23,000+ crore exports • ₹40,000 crore Semiconductor Mission 2.0 • ₹1.39 lakh crore for education • $800 billion record exports Haryana becoming the only state to establish a Department of Future Affairs shows what cooperative federalism looks like in action. When Centre and State align on AI, science, agriculture and infrastructure, transformation accelerates. This Budget is not a statement of intent. It is a blueprint for Viksit Bharat 2047.
