POV: you’re a wheelchair user and the staff haven’t turned up with a ramp, so you’re trapped on an empty train. The emergency alarm is out of my reach so I have to rely on my shouting skills. How would you feel if there was a risk of this happening every time you use the train?

This is how hard it *already is* to get assistance. I tried to get the Overground. I arrived with plenty of time, but the assistance point was seemingly closed, no one visible behind the glass. I can’t reach the window to bang on the glass, so tried shouting “hello?” for ages.

Today’s reason for being late to my lecture: I can’t cross the road opposite uni because there are about two dozen dockless bikes obstructing the dropped kerb. Camden Council what is your process for keeping pavements clear of bikes? And would you agree it isn’t working?

one week later I’ve returned to the same spot and there are twice the number of bikes now, completely obstructing both dropped kerbs. Impossible to use wheelchair on the pavement - had to go in the road. Lime Camden Council you said you would clear them - what happened?

7 years on from the Paulley v Firstgroup ruling, which affirmed bus drivers’ duty to ask those with buggies to vacate the wheelchair space, this is still a weekly occurrence. Why am I regularly refused access to a bus and forced to wait for a 2nd or 3rd? Why does nothing change?
