Colorado is a sanctuary state, and that needs to change. Jared Polis has signed 4 main sanctuary state laws since 2019, along with multiple companion laws. This has contributed to our 2nd most dangerous state in the nation status. It's time to ensure that law enforcement is not only allowed - but actually required - to report violent criminals and repeat felons to the Dept of Homeland Security.
