Bro what’s going on in my royal nemesis? Are we now back to humiliating women as an expression of affection? I think Cha Segye is an interesting and funny character but he’s just written to have a lot of red flags. His violent outbursts and aggression is not really cute and I’ve been put off by it in my many scenes but this one just rubs me off the wrong way the most. What in the boys over flowers is this scene? This is what we are gagging at now? #MyRoyalNemesis

Please I have a genuine question. 🙏 If you can’t hold a conversation without being insulting, please keep scrolling. I just want some clarity and insight please. 🙏 I know Perfect Crown is a romcom but they’re building Seong Huiju’s personality to be that of a trendsetter that also breaks norms. But why is Seong Huiju’s act of micro feminism and revolution wearing white to disrespect another woman’s authority (the Queen Mother) and why is her act of resistance refusing to wear traditional clothes but western ones? Also as a woman that intends to break norms, is it not contradictory for the Prince to swoop in and “save” her when the act of resistance became uncomfortable? Am I reading too much meaning into this or is there a rationale that I’m not seeing?
