"Before you watch our performance of 'SWEAT,' there's something I really want to tell KISSYs. The reason I love 'SWEAT' so much is that, much like 'Shhh,' both the lyrics and the performance really resonate with us. They carry a deep message that truly hits you, so I think KISSYs will be even more moved by the performance if they understand that beforehand. When people think of summer, they usually expect something hot, sexy, and confident since people always say KISS OF LIFE are 'hot girls,' and we've released a lot of powerful songs up until now. But that's exactly why I think this song feels so true to KISS OF LIFE. Even though it's a summer song, the message is, 'Let's not let other people see us when we're shaken. Let's not show them that.' And I think that connects so well with what we've been saying since our debut: 'You're perfect even if you're not perfect.' And honestly, it took us so much effort to get this far, and we've been through so much pain and difficult times. We acknowledge those experiences, and we accept and understand them. But even so, the message is, 'Let's not show that side of ourselves to others in such a weak or vulnerable way.' I really love how strongly that message expresses female strength and empowerment. That's why I get emotional every time I perform this song. I genuinely love it so much. Just like with 'Shhh,' all of us came together after going through difficult times in our own respective places, and the song carried this bold, confident message, 'No matter what people say, just keep walking forward confidently.' The message of 'SWEAT' is similar, 'That's right. KISS OF LIFE worked hard to make it this far. We're a group that has experienced a lot of pain. But even so, we're going to confidently and happily show everyone the music we want to make on stage.' That's why I think this song fits us so perfectly right now. I wanted to tell KISSYs this because I think the performance will resonate with you even more once you understand the meaning behind it. That's the mindset we have whenever we perform 'SWEAT'. And honestly, all of the members had a lot of confidence in this song too. That's why we were able to release it, and I think it made us want to prove ourselves and show everyone even more, and be able to say, 'See? People like it.'"
