HERE ARE MY PROS/CONS OF ADDING VC FROM PLAYING IONIAN SOLOQ! ⬇️ Pros: ✅ - Mainly Bot duo + Jgl get the most information out of talking to each other (Mid would sometimes call for moves while Top were mostly silent) - Team fighting in Diamond+ is very well communicated and teammates tend to listen to shot calls (Jgl/Sup mainly benefited from this) - Calling sums/spell cd was also easy and efficient - Joining VC is optional/can mute Cons: ❌ - People WILL flame you for playing bad/missing spells - People WILL argue in a losing game state, just forced to sit there and listen to it until the game is finished - Players will say VERY EXTREME words when unhappy - Chances of constant complaining from lvl1 if something goes wrong early - Scuffed gain and mic sensitivity (will hear EVERYTHING in the background) Overall: Highly beneficial for apex ranks, teamfights feel smoother with communication and micromanaging is easier. I’ve only played in Diamond+ so far on the Ionian server so I can’t form an opinion yet for lower tier ranks.
