I’m sorry I couldn’t properly lead to this beautiful tribute the College GameDay put together. Really wanted to thank all of you for the avalanche of love and support you’ve shown Ben. It gives me and my family such comfort knowing how he impacted so many peoples lives around the country. He was a beautiful and loving soul.

Obviously a DIEHARD Cincinnati RedLegs fan but the Pirates were kind of enough to invite Peter (and therefore me haha) over to see PNC Park (my favorite MLB ballpark in MLB) while we’re here for the NFL Draft. One of the coolest things the Rose Bowl does is have the broadcast booth select the players of the game. Wanted to give it originally to the ENTIRE IU OL but when told that couldn’t happen I thought Pat really embodied the OL dominance for 60 minutes and should be the player of the game. And then to watch that moment when he found out was one of my favorite moments of the year. 🌹🥹

Just wanted to address a mistake that we made on my socials earlier this week related to last weekends CFB Saturday. We posted a video where joey galloway and I were talking about how strange it was to be home and not traveling on a CFB weekend since end of August and how we felt like we didn’t know what to do with ourselves. We posted the video with a caption that was very misleading about “weird not having any CFB this weekend”. Some took that out of context and ran with it-that’s on me..my apologies for any disrespect (albeit unintentional) to the teams that played last weekend-especially Army Football and Navy Football Not sure there is a game I personally look forward to more EVERY year than Army and Navy-they play for the love for each other and love for the game-and anybody who has ever watched me for the last 30 years on TV knows how I feel about that game. Sorry for any confusion and again any disrespect that this created-it was a simple case of miscommunication. Just felt the need to address it. Thank you!

What a crazy week it’s been here in Nashville. Almost can’t believe what this town (and I know many others in this region) have gone through. The ice storm was devastating and will take months to clean up and years to recover from. Our street look like a bomb exploded-complete devastation! Our area is on Day 6 without power-there are many who are really struggling and need help but streets are shut down and it’s hard to get to everyone. Nashville will eventually recover and comeback stronger but this is still disaster area. Really appreciate all the Good Samaritans (like my buddy Steve Hannah) and Arborists that are out trying to help as many as they can. If you have family or friends in this southern region I pray their finding warmth and a place to stay-temperatures this weekend here are going to still be well below freezing. Stay SAFE & Stay STRONG
