I walked into the Dhan Meet and Greet event in Coimbatore expecting a good crowd. I did not expect more than 650 of you to turn up. Thank you for all the love, every handshake, every question, every photo. More than 650 people applauded today. But my heart went to one man outside the venue. He runs a small street shop selling vehicle seat covers on the platform, right opposite the 5 star hotel where the Dhan event happened. He trades. He has a Dhan account. And he had no idea the event was happening a few steps away from him. Someone who attended the event got talking to him and messaged me in Insta about it. I read that message and could not sit still. I went out, searched for his shop, and met him in person. "When asked why he did not come in, he said they would never let people like him inside. That line really broke me." He trades with whatever little money he has. Everything he knows, he picked up from the podcasts I do in Tamil and the content I share in Tamil. When he saw me standing in front of his shop, he could not believe it. I saw tears in his eyes. And I could not hold mine back either. In all these years, I never imagined my Tamil content would reach every nook and corner of Tamil Nadu. Today I saw it with my own eyes. Standing there, I knew I took the right decision when I chose to share trading content in Tamil. It was always meant for people like him, people who want to learn and have nobody to teach them in their own language. The applause from 650 people was special. But that one hug from Krishna who was standing outside the venue made my day.
