- wheels turn aggressively whilst still pointing towards the agent - gun drawn AFTER car accelerates towards the agent - no shots are fired until the car seemingly hits the agent (slightly) - one forward shot is fired - debatable but seemingly warranted - car moves away and the second, unwarranted shot is fired when there is no more immediate danger to the agent. Anyone familiar with any type of adrenaline filled combat situation knows, when there has been a clear threat to your life to which you need to respond, just one second later it is quite difficult to reassess the danger. Much easier for us with slo-mo and complete different angle. These are the neutral facts I personally see. May she rest in peace and may he face an appropriate justice. Nothing more, nothing less.
