Both Joe Rogan and Ian Carroll believe there were 2 JFK shooters and neither was the driver. JFK's head famously goes 'back and to the left' with the top of his head exploding upwards. How could the driver have been the shooter if the driver was also on the left? Even if the driver is holding a gun, he was a secret service agent whose job it was to pull his gun if shots are fired. It looks like the shot came from the direction of the suspect, upwards. Theories: 1) An agent fumbles his gun and it falls there, hence they all scream “GUN!” They mean a second gun. The shot is unaided, just random. 2) An agent shot upwards? Seems unlikely. Why would others scream “gun” and run after seeing an agent with a gun? 3) The guy took away the gun? But he was on his elbows literally a second before the shot was fired.

I put together this analysis. This constitutes homicide. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Two facts are dispositive. First, the driver placed the vehicle in reverse to increase distance between herself and the agent positioned in front of the car. That action is inconsistent with an intent to strike or run over the agent. If the objective were to cause harm, reversing would have been unnecessary and counterproductive. Second, the driver turned the steering wheel to the right, away from the agent. At that point, the agent moved to the left side of the vehicle and was no longer in the vehicle’s path. The threat had dissipated. The agent then leaned over the hood, aimed, and fired. The use of deadly force was not reactive to an imminent threat. It was a discretionary act taken after the threat had ceased. This was not a justified shooting. It was an unlawful killing.

The actual situation is that she was told to get out of the vehicle and she attempted to, and possibly ran over in ice agent when he fired back in self-defense. Don’t believe the lefts propaganda. When he was almost all the way across the street… that’s when the ICE agent chose to drive forward, directly towards the person, and hit them with their car. Not an accident where someone didn’t see them… a decision… to drive forward… into a pedestrian who had the legal right of way. The victim immediately says: “I’m in a crosswalk… you just hit me… wait for the police!” Which, by the way, is exactly what you are supposed to do, because hitting someone with your car, and leaving, is a crime. Tim Pool is right in his analysis. The officer was NOT in front of her vehicle until AFTER she backed up. The front tires then accelerate while they are pointed towards the agent, and appear to spin out on the ICE. This is all the information the ICE agent had in the moment. Also, there was no reason for her to back up to leave. The road was clear in front of her and the ICE agents were to the left and right of her car. The ICE agent only ended up in front because she backed up. This leads me to believe she wasn’t just trying to leave. Chat - what do you think?

Which is why Miles by Avo on Solana would make so much sense if built well. From what I understand so far, miles learns about you over time, adapts to how you operate, and figures out the tools you struggle to navigate on your own. Less clicking, more conversation, the more you use it, the better it gets at working with you, not just for you. That shift from command-follower to learning companion is bigger than it sounds. It's the difference between a tool and an agent that actually knows you. The second one is Agent Grid and this one is for builders and power users. But as I mentioned in this video, I'm still studying the Agent Grid. I'd come talk about it once I learn properly about it. Souren just keeps shipping!

Yesterday, ICE reportedly told police that a man “weaponized” his vehicle by “ramming” into an ICE sedan, forcing an agent to fire his gun during an operation in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Except… that’s not what the video shows. In the video, an ICE agent rushes the driver’s window with his gun drawn. The agent recklessly waves his gun around, and appears to order the driver to roll down the window. That’s an extreme use of force from the very beginning. Another agent approaches the car, and moments later, they violently smash the driver’s window. And notice how the driver doesn’t try to flee until ICE violently escalates everything. He drives around the ICE vehicle, makes it into the street… not hitting a single ICE agent, or vehicle. Then, AFTER the car is already past every agent, and driving away, an ICE agent opens fire. The law is pretty clear… officers may only use deadly force, against a fleeing person, if they have probable cause to believe that person poses an immediate threat of death, or serious physical injury to the officer, or others. ICE agents are now claiming U.S. citizens are not allowed to be in the same parking lot as them. In the video, you can hear an agent approach a person sitting quietly in their car and announce that he is ICE, and that other ICE agents are also in the parking lot… Then the agent immediately issues what he calls his “one and only warning.” The person responds, “I was just on the phone.” The agent responds, “No. No you’re not.” The agent then escalates to a direct threat of violence, saying… “This is your one and only warning. I catch you here again, I’m yanking you out of that fucking car because you’re taking pictures on your little GoPro.” So, to be clear… a U.S. citizen is being threatened with assault not for impeding, not for interfering, not for committing any crime… …but for having a dash cam. The agent then adds, “If anything happens to our vehicles, or anybody in here, I’m coming straight for you.” Then more threats… “I will yank you out of that fucking car, and I will fucking put charges on you.” Charges for what? He never says. Because there are none. And then he admits the quiet part out loud… “I’ll put you in the fucking domestic terrorists app.” A federal agent threatening to label a U.S. citizen a “domestic terrorist” for sitting in a car while having a dash cam. I catch you here again, I’m yanking you out of that fucking car because you’re taking pictures on your little GoPro.” So, to be clear… a U.S. citizen is being threatened with assault not for impeding, not for interfering, not for committing any crime… …but for having a dash cam. The agent then adds, “If anything happens to our vehicles, or anybody in here, I’m coming straight for you.” Then more threats… “I will yank you out of that fucking car, and I will fucking put charges on you.” Charges for what? He never says. Because there are none. And then he admits the quiet part out loud… “I’ll put you in the fucking domestic terrorists app.” A federal agent threatening to label a U.S. citizen a “domestic terrorist” for sitting in a car while having a dash cam. And then the agent illegally orders the U.S. citizen to “get the fuck out” of the parking lot and tells him he is not allowed to return. To break that all down… an ICE agent used intimidation, retaliation, and threats of violence against a U.S. citizen for exercising their First Amendment rights, and existing in a public space. And then banned the U.S. citizen from returning to the public space. So, just to be absolutely clear… The Trump administration is conditioning the public to obey masked federal agents, without questions and without rights.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents were caught, on video, recklessly pointing their GUNS at a CHILD, and multiple other unarmed U.S. citizens… who were nowhere near them… while demanding a legal resident prove his immigration status, in Immokalee, Florida. And this all happened in a busy gas station parking lot… In the video, a person is recording while walking toward the sidewalk… When suddenly, an ICE agent draws his firearm, turns around, and points his gun directly at the unarmed U.S. citizen. And just to be clear… No one was attacking him, rushing toward him, or even armed with any sort of weapon. In fact, no one was even close enough to pose an immediate physical threat. Then, the agent, with his gun still drawn, orders a car to move. As it backs up, he recklessly sweeps his loaded firearm across multiple unarmed people… including a MINOR… who are standing on a public sidewalk, legally record from a distance. The person filming keeps asking… “What’s the threat?” Because the video clearly doesn’t show one. Moments later, the same agent points his gun at the person filming, AGAIN. Then, a shirtless man walks around the vehicle to see what’s happening, and the agent immediately points the gun at him, too. At this point, a second ICE agent is seen, standing on the side of the car, with HIS gun drawn, too. And after all of that… The man, they were demanding papers from, walks away because he wasn’t undocumented. And the ICE agents get into their car and leave. Federal officers are trained to draw their firearms only when they reasonably believe there is an imminent threat of death, or serious bodily harm. Every time a loaded firearm is pointed at someone, there is a risk of a tragic mistake… especially in a public place where innocent bystanders could be caught in the middle. And once again… recording federal agents, from a public place, is protected by the First Amendment, so long as you are not interfering with their duties. And no one was interfering… or even near them. So, what exactly justified having multiple firearms drawn, and pointed at unarmed people, in a crowded gas station parking lot? This wasn’t just dangerous for the people filming… It was dangerous for everyone in that parking lot. And this video is just another example of what happens when poorly trained ICE agents aren’t held accountable.

DeFi will become far more important than most people realise. And not because more people start using it. Because the users stop being people at all. When you think about it DeFi is actually better suited to machines than it is to us. An agent doesn't need a website, or buttons, or a front end. You can strip all of it away and just let the agent plug straight into the protocol, do the job, and leave. Now play it forward… An AI agent taking out a flash loan at 3 am, another paying half a cent for a bit of data to a different agent, and one moving its treasury across three chains in a second because a swap suddenly got cheaper somewhere. Genuinely hard to wrap your head around… but this is the user base DeFi ends up serving. This is the Economic Singularity I've been telling you about at the ground level, where the financial system is being rebuilt for users with no faces, no emotions, and no need for downtime.

There is time for war. And there is time for peace. I'm aware we are not out of the danger zone yet, especially for Palestinians still under the control of Hamas. But for one day, let's be optimistic. If we put the same war energy towards peace...we may have some incredible breakthroughs in the next 2 years. I want Nas Daily to be front and center in these efforts. If anyone has any ideas, do send them my way. Let's start rebuilding. I'll leave you with this quote: “It is more difficult to organize peace than to win a war; but the fruits of victory will be lost if the peace is not well organized.”

BREAKING NEWS An eyewitness with a clear, front-facing view says federal agents shot a woman in the head at close range while she sat in her car, directly contradicting official claims of officer endangerment.
