Malcolm Baez (aka MB Icon) presents himself as a "4x world record holder," "serial investor" and some sort of boxing agent/manager, most recently representing King Azoulay But he's a fraud, and in 2025 he tried to scam us for $675,000. Full blog post coming later, but the summary: - He inserted himself as a middleman for a sponsorship deal that Anthony Joshua's real company never approved - He produced a fraudulent consent document signed by people with no connection to AJ Boxing Limited, staged a "verification call" using associates faking as AJ's team, and sent a doctored email - He edited the real email from AJ's manager (which disallowed Duel branding) and turned it into an approval, so he could extract his non-refundable down payment from the contract. This would have been made in crypto upfront, directly to Malcolm - After we contacted the real AJ's managers and the fraud was called out, he first deleted the fake documents, then wiped all of the chats, left the groups, changed his Telegram name and handle, and deactivated his Instagram for a few weeks - We have all of the chats saved He is now making some sort of comeback as King Azoulay's manager and some VIP presenter for boxing events. But he's nothing more than a cringe trust fund kid lying about his accomplishments, larping to an insane degree, and far worse above all, being an outright pathetic dirty scamming (attempted) fraudster Anyone in the boxing world, stay far away.
