Apart from my pig farm, there’s one crop that completely changed the way I see farming..that’s cucumber. Now I understand why many farmers refuse to stop growing it. I planted it on just one plot of land. In 45 days, it was ready. After that, I harvested every 4 days for about 2 months. At the end of the season, I harvested about 120 bags and sold each for N15k. That’s N1.8m in sales from a single plot. Sounds exciting, right? But let me warn you… Don’t venture into cucumber farming just because of this post. Without the right knowledge, cucumber farming will humble you. It demands proper timing, irrigation, pest and disease control, and consistent management. It’s one of the few crops that can make you money very fast… or make you go broke just as fast. In agriculture, knowledge is more valuable than land. Video was captured with my cctv camera

Some people keep saying, “Nobody eats pigs” or “Nobody buys pigs.” I always tell them the same thing: if you have quality, buyers will always find you. These buyers came all the way from the East to purchase pigs from my farm. It’s not like there are no pigs in the East…they simply wanted quality. I still sold to them because every satisfied customer helps spread the reputation of our pigs. Those around my area already know the standard we maintain. Quality markets itself. Guess how much these pigs are worth! .. the winner gets a gift.

My pigs don’t drink water from the ground. I installed nipple drinkers, and they quickly learned how to use them, so they always have access to clean, fresh water. So tell me, how exactly are they supposed to get worms if they’re raised properly? Give pigs a clean environment, and they’ll show you just how neat they can be. People love saying pigs eat rubbish, but I’ve seen chickens, fish, dogs, and even other animals eat rubbish or poop too. Even humans, when forced to live in poor conditions, can become unkempt and end up eating whatever they can find. The problem isn’t the pig…it’s the environment and how it’s raised. Una don stigmatize pigs too much.

This man claims to be a police officer and openly threatened that anyone who records him while on duty won’t only be shot by him, but even innocent people nearby could be hit by his gunfire. There was a time when 10 female pigs gave birth almost at the same time. I was overjoyed, celebrating the multiplication on the farm. Fast forward to today, the piglets are now feeding on their own. We’ve separated them from their mothers… and now I have over 100 additional mouths to feed. 😂 The way these little ones scream whenever it’s feeding time, you can literally hear them saying, “Oga, bring the food!” My heart has started pounding because they’re fully prepared to chop my money without mercy. 🤣 And the funny part is More pigs are still pregnant. So please, if you’re entering my DM, let it not be for billing. 😅 It should be either ; You want to dash me money. You want to buy pigs. You need farm consultation. Thank you.
