Hon Odongo Otto with a message for ugandans ekikulu temuwulira Uganda has 1.3M refugees and they are not in Refugee camps but why? What is the reason of bringing in all these people ? It's ok to be a refugee but there should be guide lines to follow, A refugee can not open up a business A refugee should not rent in Kabalagala , Kansanga, Ggaba, How can a refugee own land ? How can a refugee access our National ID? The refugees in Nakivaale refugee camp VOTE we all have seen this ??? Is their a hidden agenda why M7 is letting in everyone ? Have you thought about this ? Congolese refugees are in down town kampala selling jewelry and some come into your offices selling to you??? Why are they out and about but not in their Camps as the UNHCR laws stipulate?? Those who have gotten their stay ( residence permits only should be allowed to move freely but literally the entire Kisenyi has been taken over by Somali and Sudanese????? I will leave this here, Mr Wavamuno a Ugandan , who employs ugandans and has been in the business of Producing Motor vehicle number plates for years . Goverment wakes up out sources a foreign company to Manufacture Car number plates ( you choose to put money out of our economy) put the money in a the pockets of a foreign national and leave a ugandan & ugandans out of jobs is diabolical ! The people who helped them win the war in Buganda, the ones who sacrificed their land , food , animals, life they hate so much , murder them in droves , abuduct/ torture their children, never compesated them for their Animals/ food they the rebels of M7 ate 40 years later.
