A few years ago, it seemed like Bangkok didn’t have the flavor he liked, so he started making it himself. He missed the taste of home, so he made it, and he also wanted the people around him to be able to enjoy it.” 🎤: “Any plans for expansion? Could you open a branch in Hong Kong?” Ling: “In the future, I’d like to open a branch in Thailand. As for Hong Kong, it seems pretty difficult—Hong Kong’s char siu is already really delicious.
