Suspect in double homicide gets knocked off bike by cop who then shoots him to death. Missouri, USA, 17 June 2025. The incident was reported on June 17, 2025, when Concordia Police attempted to stop a motorcycle driven by a double homicide suspect, identified as 23-year-old Francis Alcantar-Chavez. The video shows the motorcycle crash into a MSHP patrol vehicle while they were attempting to stop the suspect in Saline County, just west of Sweet Springs. A trooper attempted to prevent Alcantar-Chavez from getting back on the motorcycle, but the suspect grabbed a handgun and fired at law enforcement.
